Haven't been here in nearly a decade. Stopped in for pedicures on a Thursday afternoon with my sister in law. We made appt @2:30. They did not get to us until 300. We sat around and finally got watered started and soaked. Pedicure was decent. Prices are average. Somewhat clean. Lots of colors to choose from. read more

NEVER GO HERE!!!!! 0 stars if I could! They sliced my hand so terribly they only stopped bc I started bleeding and pulling my hand away. They also left spots on thumb nail! It's terrible service charge and charged full price even though they left me with deep cuts read more

Disappointment is an understatement. Me, my sister, and mom have been going to B&C for years now and they've only gone down in quality. As soon as I walk in I'm greeted by awkward silence and stares. With and without an appointment, I've waited up to 45 minutes to be sat down for my nails before. Today I got my toes and a gel X fill. The color I picked was a pearly cat eye polish and they gave me a depressing grey shade. My appointment was at 11 and I walked out at almost 1:30. When I went to pay the guy told me $125, I gave him the cash (a $50 and 4 $20s expecting $5 dollars change), and he then said $5 more dollars it's $135. Last time me and my family is giving B&C nails business. read more

I started going here when I moved to plum in 2017. The quality of their services is great, however four times now I've had an appointment with a specific nail tech whom I've loved and for several different reasons was sent to another nail tech due to the fact that they double booked, nail tech didn't show, or had me down for the wrong day and time (twice). I now live in Irwin, so it's at least a 30 minute drive for me, but I liked this place enough to make the drive. Not anymore. I tried to be patient and understanding, but something needs to change with their communications and scheduling with customers. If you don't mind waiting 30+ minutes and getting a random nail tech then this place is for you. Otherwise, stay away. There's plenty of other nail salons in Plum with better organization with scheduling and communications with customers. read more

I did not make an appointment and that was a HUGE mistake. I just wanted a polish change on my toes. A simple cut, file, and color. Some older gentleman did them and he never asked me how long I wanted my toe nails cut, so I had to tell him to cut them shorter. Then, I asked for color 682 a shimmery, hot pink color. He never once confirmed the color with me and my toes were being painted a dark, dark plum color. I was beyond annoyed with the whole experience. Normally, I would say something, but at this point I wanted out of that hot, dirty place. Also, the receptionist was beyond rude and completely unhelpful! Overall, horrible experience and I will never be back! read more

Don't go here. I made an appointment here by recommendation from a coworker, and specifically made an appointment with Olivia (as recommended). I got to my appointment early, and was informed that I would not be with Olivia who was clearly working with another client. So unsure if they overbooked or just took a different client even though I had an appointment. Ended up with another nail tech that did a horrible job. He cut my finger with the drill, didn't do a single bit of cuticle work, every single nail was a different shape, and I had asked for what I thought was a pretty simple design of just black with gold chrome leaves which I definitely didn't end up with. The entire job was very sloppy. As someone who has been doing my own nails at home for years, I was pretty excited to be pampered for once. I was meeting a couple girl friends here which is the only reason I didn't walk out when they changed my appointment. All three of us had a bad experience. read more

I started coming here 6 months ago when I moved to the area because it was close by. The first few times it was ok and the quality was decent, my nails were growing and strong! Then I was switched to another nail tech who repeatedly filed my nails so thin that they were breaking and ripped constantly. I told her this was happening and asked if we could soak the polish instead of filing, she filed. Finally this last time I asked for a regular polish manicure because my nails could not take being filed again, they have visible lines all over them from the file going too deep, and she seemed offended. I was looking for some pampering still so I asked the difference in the deluxe manicure and the regular... she literally had no clue. Here we are 3 days after getting my nails done with a regular polish manicure and 50% has peeled off and one of my fingers is infected along my nail bed and oozing. Definitely will not be back. Service has gotten worse every time I go and my poor nails can't take it anymore. read more

First off, they did not clean their foot scraping tool before using it on the bottom of my feet and did not clean it after me just stuck it right back in the bin. They don't let you tip in cash because they are cheap and don't want to pay taxes on the tips. They prefer you pay cash so they don't have to claim it. Every time I have showed up for an appointment, I at minimum have to wait 45 minutes to an hour and a half to be seen. Oh, and the icing on the top is every time my total is different. Spare yourself and go somewhere else that just isn't about money. read more

Carly is my favorite but everyone is so nice there, I'm so happy with everything I can't wait to go back I even talk my boyfriend into going he enjoyed a pedicure with me. I strongly suggest this place it's very busy most of the time but I never have trouble getting an appointment, the floors are a little dirty and that was my sisters big problem she's a clean freak but they are clean about what they use. I seen some bad reviews on this place but I'm glad I didn't let that stop me from trying them out I go there every time now. Very happy! read more

I would not recommend this business to anyone. I have been to this salon several times They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and not willing to fix a mistake to make a client happy. Needless to say, I had gotten my nails done and was not happy with the thickness of my nails which we had talked about durning the appointment and the underlying color could still be seen through the new color. When I called after the appointment and asked if they could be fixed they made me an appointment. A few minutes later I got a call back and he told me to come get my money back and never return. When I went minutes later to get my money back, he told me that I had to soak off my nails and then I could get my money back. I left. I cannot believe the unprofessional behavior and rude attitude I received from the owner. I don't believe asking for a fix when you are not happy with your service deserves this response from a business. I do not recommend this nail salon at all!! read more

I'm a pretty low maintenance customer just looking for a gel polish. I went in the summer on a busy Friday afternoon a few years ago. They have a fantastic color selection (one of the best around.) They were very friendly and accommodating and I've been a dedicated customer ever since. Pedicures are wonderful with regular polish to match the gel. read more

Very Disappointed! I have gone to B & C Nails for years and have always overlooked many inconveniences because I wanted to remain loyal. So many times I've had to wait up to 30 minutes, even with an appointment! I'm always asking for different things because I work with the public and see a lot of fun new nails out there but when I try to get these looks or need help with matching colors, etc., I'm made to feel like a nuisance! And still expected to give a tip! Today was it for me!!! I got my nails done on Thursday and on Friday noticed a corner had broken off one of my nails. I stopped in this morning to ask for a quick fix, when no one was sitting in the waiting area or my nail tech's chair and was told, "I can't do it now I'm too busy I have customers coming!" I said can anyone fix it? And was told, "No, everyone is busy!" It would have taken 10 minutes to fix my problem! As a long time customer, I feel this was an easy fix that any other salon would have done with no questions asked! They will no longer have my business or any of my friends who ask for recommendations! They need to step up their game with updated colors and nail art, there are some really great nail salons around Plum!! read more

Came here with my friend. Super nice! Hands down the nicest people I've met yet. They take their time and ask you if you like it. I live nowhere near this place and I will drive all the way across the city for that kind of service. read more

I wish there was a zero star option appointments don't mean anything there. they have awful custom service and no regard for peoples time. The nails turn out horrendous and uneven 9 times out of 10. They soaked my friend while getting a pedicure and did not offer even a discount. Sat there for 45 minutes past my appointment while they took people without appointments that came after me. Going to look for a new nail salon because i just can't take the terribly unprofessional service anymore! read more

Hands down best nail place I've ever been to. Super friendly staff and each person did an amazing job. I received a dip powder manicure and gel pedicure. Love! Does not smell at all like acetone and there's an atm inside which was convenient. Super clean and updated space. Plenty of parking. read more

At first I really liked this place. As a new customer they were very attentive. I continued to go for about 6 months but recently they have pushed back my appointments and made me wait close to an hour on two occasions. The manager is extremely rude. read more

The girl who did my gel mani was very nice and took her time (I had to ask her to hurry after 30 min so I could get home). Because I was short on time I asked for just a gel polish although I'm guessing she did not understand my request as she proceed with the warming mitts and all. I can overlook that the color I selected was all out and there was not the same replacement. The reason I am upset is it is less than 2 weeks later and it's lifting and peeling badly. I paid $30! I should have just gotten a regular mani. I'm not made of $ unfortunately so now I have to soak a few off and repaint them myself. read more

It was my first time here. Upon arriving no one greeted us and there was no seats for us to sit. We had an appointment for two pedicures, and they were running late. The water was not hot or warm. It was cool. They also told me that they did not do full sets of acrylics on my toes like I had wanted. Then they told me that they would do it if they had more time? The girl doing my nails also made a comment about how my pants didn't roll up high enough? They were more than half way up my calf... The place vent very dirty and beat up. If you are looking for a luxurious experience I wouldn't recommend this place. I will not be coming back. read more
