This was the first time I had any tire trouble on the road so I was a bit frantic. I quickly pulled off to the shoulder while I saw my tire just bouncing around on the road :( eventually landing right next to me on the shoulder.. My first call directed me to Anytime Towing, and they got a guy out to me right away. The lady on the phone was very nice and comforting. I was 5mi away from their location but the tow guy came about 1hr - 1.5hr later. He said he got held up, but honestly I was just happy someone was available on a holiday weekend to help. He was nice, professional, and helpful and changed out my tire very quickly. Also pumped up the spare's PSI to try to match the diameter of my other tires. I initially asked if he could tow me to Vegas (85 mile away) to a tire shop and this was going to be a whopping $430 ! So I opted to drive like a grandma on my spare instead lol. Given the distance and my car being Front Wheel Drive, he moved my blown out tire to the back so I'd have good tires in the front. My tire pressure light stayed on during my drive to Vegas but I made it safe and sound! Overall, Anytime Towing is my savior. Thank you!

Since it was over 100 degrees out, we had no cell service and we didn't have the right tools to change the flat, we got a ride to Mesquite to call AAA. After realizing we were located in the Bermuda Triangle of towing areas and AAA was no help in getting us a tow, we called up Humberto who came by and picked my husband, myself, and our small pup up within 20 minutes. After a short chat with Humberto we had arrived to our van and he changed the tire for us in 7 minutes flat. He gave us some advice about our spare and pointed us in the direction of a 24 hour tire shop to get it looked at. Overall a great experience that got us on the road quickly! Mesquite Towing accommodated me, my wife, and my German shepherd dog. I had to be towed to Vegas from mesquite in 107 degree weather. When AAA couldn't help, this company could. They were there within the 30-45 minute window, albeit on the tail end of it, but even so I've never had any service provider show up on time. They're always at least an hour later than their window. I'm definitely recommending this company if you get stranded. The price was also reasonable in my opinion. 2011 GMC 2500HD quad cab, less than $500. Back home it would have been as much as triple.

But as I was about to leave and cross the very large desert, grandma got into my head again and said "did you check your oil?" She wouldn't get out of my head! I really needed to get on the road for the long haul ahead of me and I wasn't that familiar with this particular car to get into adding my own so I stopped by A-1 and they were so wonderful. They had just opened and saw me anyway and had me quickly and safely back on the road even though I was that annoying person who should have planned ahead and had an appointment while I was in the town.
