He was so busy all the time with his other cases and would often forget what was going on with mine. He promised a lot, but did not follow through. Then when it came to the reconstruction to be done Altec tried to get out of replacing the floor boards even though it was on the estimate. I had to bring it up to the foreman Shawn's attention. He asked if it was on the estimate? The previous floor boards being replaced were stained, so I wanted them the same. Instead Shawn tried to talk me into having them painted. The workers were not even happy about staining them and did a substandard job. If you are going to do the job, make sure you have someone knowledgeable to do the work. At the end of the claim there were a lot of things on the estimate that were never done, yet the insurance was being charged for them. Like removing furniture from the home, yet they never provided the service. Over $3,000 dollars worth of overage on the estimate. Which also took weeks to resolve with them. I'm glad I made sure to go over my estimate carefully. I would personally not recommend this company.

Over the years I have bought, flipped, sold, had rentals etc and Dave has been my go-to company and he has never let me down. He has done several roofs, repairs etc for me over the years. He's super honest and you can send him to work on your grandmothers house and he will treat her honestly. His expertise is inspecting a roof before I bought a home got me thousands off on a home price when the home inspector said the roof was fine and Dave came in and said the roof would not last a year. The sellers must have known this because they immediately cut the price for me. He saved me thousands on that deal. On the flip side when I have sold homes he gave me a roof cert which made the sale so much easier and helped me get top dollar. The only negative with Creative Roofing is you need to get on his schedule for jobs. He's good so you have to wait your turn. He will never leave you hanging if you have a leak or if waiting will cause you any damage he will put you to the front of the line. He's a small family owned company so he's well worth the wait in my opinion.
