Their professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail during our initial meeting left me confident to move forward with scheduling a deep cleaning service for both the interior and exterior of our home. This morning, a crew of eight arrived 30 minutes early for our scheduled 8 AM appointment and worked tirelessly until 3:30 PM. Within the first two hours, I told my wife, "This is only two hours in, but wow--they are absolutely amazing!" And I knew there was still so much more to come. Disorganized, shady, unprofessional, not reliable. I hope they do better to the next person.

Pedro Vasquez managed the actual cleaning team and was always on top of things for us. He took care of handlng the security devices in our facilities and oversaw the cleaning crew. From the corporate side of INX, Amanda Panzer, Chase Mooney and Silvio Morales were all amazing as they supporting each other in insuring that the work was always done in a satisfactory manner. Everyone on the INX team was extremely responsive to any call that I made and to questions that I had. They even made suggestions that were very helpful regarding the performance of the details in our contract. Without the slightest doubt or reservation, I would not hesitate for a moment hesitate to recommend them to others for janitorial work. Was told on multiple occasions that the person was performing services for over 2 hours at a time which was a lie. Also kept telling us we were out of trash bags and toilet paper. We now have a supply for years of both. I urge people to check their cameras to check on these people as we were being lied to for well over 6 months. They were charging us $900 to show up for 30 minutes and take out the trash.
