The water was running and I had no way to turn it off. A little cursing happened and I went to the basement to turn off the water to the house. After a little bit of a search on 'ye ol' internet I found that our cartridge in our faucet handle went bad. It looked easy enough to do myself so I looked up some videos and found the instructions and got to work. The only hiccup? I needed a new cartridge to replace the broken one. I called Stadium Hardware and spoke to the very friendly Allison who patched me over to plumbing to make sure they had what I needed in stock. Paul helped me out and made sure he had the right item set aside for me. Back to Allison who ran my payment over the phone and I was in my car to pick up the item in minutes. I pulled up to the back and they loaded it in my trunk. Bing bang boom! I was off. And after a bit more cursing, a bit of sweating, and a few false starts our water was back on AND off. FYI -- The store is open to in store shoppers and masks are required. I'm very hardcore about my social distancing due to some vulnerable people in my family so I was really happy to have the curbside pick up option available. Thanks for your help, Stadium!

My next door neighbor change her fence and the workers doing the job turn a brick by the fence on one my sprinkler head; which caused it to be leaking. My neighbor said she my appointment with them to come and fix this sprinkler head last week Wednesday. On this day I called their office to check around what time the guy will show up. They told me it will be between 10:00AM and 1:pm. I don't see them,then I called back around 2:15Pm.The lady said their guy (Marty) came to my neighbors house around 10:00AM to work on their sprinkler. I have been waiting all day for this guy to show up and he came to my next door neighbor's house and went away without ringing my bell. Finally they sent him back about 3:15Pm. This guy showed up as if he was on something. He doesn't even have the patience to look at the problem with the sprinkler head that was damaged. He started talking to me rudely as if he is the one feeding and paying my bills. I wrote an email to their office about this incident and made them realize that I will never use them for Sprinkler service any longer. They have been turning on and shutting off my sprinkler system for over three years; but I don't understand that they can't actually fix the system if it has any problem; and all they will do is come to your house and be rude to you. I called another company the following morning and they came Friday around 3;30pm to change the sprinkler head that was damaged. This company even gave me a call when they were running late. Bottom line, don't waste your time and money doing business with this company that will come to your house and be rude to you without even knowing what they are doing.

My father and I were in desperate need of a specific kind of gravel to match what was already laid…read moredown in my driveway. We had gone to Home Depot for gravel at first but after about $200 in purchases we found that they were a high cost option with very little return. We had seen Hammer on a recent drive so we decided to stop by and see if they were open and if they could help. Sure enough, there was a very nice gentleman there who agreed to fill my dad's pickup truck for a fraction of the price that we had been paying at Home Depot. 2 loads later we had covered the entire area of the driveway that we needed to, the gravel matched perfectly, and we spent so much less than we would have at a chain store that it was almost embarrassing that we even entertained Home Depot. I found this to be an inexpensive and friendly place, if you've got some work to do on your land and need some gravel, decorative stone or sand, I'd easily recommend Hammer.
