Their work is quality work. My last repair was to a Buick Enclave - wiped out the passenger side from the front lights to the rear door. The car has red paint that shimmers and changes in the different light with a large decal of running horses. Bill's Auto Body matched the paint perfectly. You could not tell where the new paint ended and the original paint began. The damaged portion of the decal was replaced and matched the older portion precisely! Bill's Auto Body was not my insurance company's "preferred" shop - meaning the insurance company paid what they would have paid their shop. Bill's Auto Body worked with the adjuster, did whatever auto body shops and insurance companies do, and I paid only my deductible out of pocket. Bottom line, this family-owned business has done all of my family's auto body work for decades (more than 5 major jobs on my cars alone) and I'll never have anyone else work on my vehicles. They'll be doing a custom paint on a project Jeep soon. They also violate N.J.S.A. 56:13-15 by locking their gates early at 4:00 PM instead of staying open until 6:00 PM, trapping your vehicle to manufacture fraudulent overnight storage charges. To make matters worse, they tack on illegal junk charges like unapproved wait fees, fuel surcharges, and fake key fees banned under N.J.A.C. 13:45A-31.4, even if you unlock your own car. Local police Are all in on it, both officers completely fabricated the law to protect her. They side with the owner and will threaten to arrest you for criminal trespass just to force you to pay her cash. The owner has been sued for this before and forced to settle out of court, but she keeps doing it because nobody puts it on the public record. Do not just complain to the Division of Consumer Affairs. You must file a formal civil lawsuit directly with the Burlington County Special Civil Part Small Claims Court. Filing a complaint in small claims costs only 35 dollars. When the town council sees the mounting public court lawsuits, they will be forced to revoke her lucrative police towing contract completely. This violation will most likely win in court because it has before. She would get fined for all her violations stacking up, she can lose her police contract, and she can also lose her license. This is not even out of malice. This is to protect consumers who are already having a hard time, and to stop this exploiting business from taking advantage of your situation because of your desperation for your car back.

She had to pay over $500 just to get her car back. They don't accept card payments only cash which is shady enough on its own. They charge you daily fees and clearly don't care about service members. In fact, I honestly hope they lose their base access so they can't keep towing military members' cars and taking advantage of people. DO NOT GO HERE. How do you rate 0 STARS ?!
