They don't accept card payments only cash which is shady enough on its own. The lady at the front was rude and kept going back and forth with her for no reason. They never answer the phone, so you can't even get through to ask about your car. I have the call log to prove it. They charge you daily fees and clearly don't care about service members. Not USA towing. Should be called Nazi towing. Towed my sons (currently serving in the Air Force) truck on Saturday night after being in an accident. Driver told my son he needed the keys as well. This was his first accident and he was quite shaken up. He gave him his entire key ring, dorm keys and all. My son and his girlfriend then went back to get her car from post and headed to the wrecker yard to get his keys back immediately after the accident. He went back first thing Monday morning to deal with the truck and get it out of the tow storage. He was then told he owed $361 for the tow, winch, 3 days storage and $55 for the driver to get him his keys back! I (his father and also a U.S. Army Vet) called to see if there was anyway we could lower any of the fees. As an airman in the Air Force you don't make very much money. The extremely rude lady that answered the phone told me that she didn't even need to talk to me because I didn't have anything to do with it! Lol, to her surprise the title is in my name. That seemed to make her even more aggravated. The conversation went nowhere! So my son went in and asked if she could lower the fee's. She told my son to get out of her office when he asked for her to drop the $55 access fee to get his keys back. Not a very nice person.
