SHAMELESS - Stay Away! **Company Name**: New Age Autosport…read moreand Onsite Detail **Owner of New Age Autosport**: Allen Vivat **Owner of Onsite Detail**: CJ (Carlos Vidal) Address: 2140 Lemoine Ave, Fort Lee, NJ 07024 --- I recently entrusted my brand new vehicle to New Age Autosport and Onsite Detail for a comprehensive service package that included Xpel PPF (entire vehicle) with a 10-year warranty, ceramic coating (entire vehicle) with a 5-year warranty, ceramic tinting (all glass windows and roof panels), and powder coating for all five wheels. I paid over 65% of the cost upfront to ensure the materials could be ordered, as requested by the shop. Initial Experience: Drop-off and Delays: I dropped off my vehicle on the first day, expecting it to be ready in 10 days. However, the vehicle remained untouched for those 10 days because, as Carlos (CJ)later admitted, the materials had just been ordered. Despite my repeated inquiries, I was told, "you can't rush the process." Extended Wait Time: After a frustrating wait of 23 days, I finally got my vehicle back. I was asked to pay the remaining balance before inspecting the work. Upon inspection, I found a dent in the hood. Carlos (CJ) confessed that he had caused the dent but did not feel the need to inform Allen or me beforehand. Additionally, the wheels were damaged, upon removing the Tech Bronze bezel to sand blast the wheels to gloss black, they damaged the one of a kind original OEM bezel. Initial Delivery Issues: Noticing Problems: After paying the full and final balance owed, I noticed a lot of issues with the vehicle. These included the dent in the hood, damaged wheels, and several other problems that became apparent upon closer inspection. Rework Attempts: First Rework: I returned the vehicle with a detailed punchlist and a video highlighting all issues, marked with small pieces of tape. After another 10 days, only 20% of the issues were addressed. I was told to bring the vehicle back again when their workload was lighter. Second Rework: Four weeks later, I returned with an ultimatum that all issues must be resolved. Despite Allen's assurance that it would be ready in three days, it took ten days, and the car was returned dirty with PPF missing from several areas. Final Outcome: Unresolved Issues and Further Inspection: At this point, I requested a complete refund due to the subpar work, but Allen refused. He challenged that another shop could do better, so I had the vehicle inspected by a different shop. They confirmed the work was not up to standard and revealed that the material used was not XPEL, as promised. This discrepancy led to a scratch that penetrated the material, necessitating a repaint of my brand new vehicle. Additional Points: Customer Service: Throughout the process, communication was poor. My calls and emails often went unanswered, and when I did get a response, it was dismissive. This added to the frustration and stress of the entire experience. Quality Control: The lack of quality control was evident not only in the initial job but also in the rework attempts. Simple issues that should have been caught and corrected during the service were overlooked. Professionalism: The overall professionalism of the staff was lacking. The fact that a dent was caused by the technician and not disclosed immediately is a glaring example of this. Cost vs. Value: Given the substantial amount of money I paid upfront, the value I received was far below what was expected. The services promised were not delivered, and the quality of the work was unacceptable. Defrauding with Subpar Material: By using subpar materials and claiming it was the name brand Xpel, they defrauded me. As a result, I now have no warranty with them nor with Xpel. Impact on Vehicle Value: The damage and subpar work have not only caused immediate frustration but also potentially impacted the resale value of my brand new vehicle. This is a significant concern for any car owner, especially for those who invest in high-quality protective services. Highlighted Warning: Don't be fooled by all the marketing of Onsite Detailing and New Age Autosport. They promise and highlight 3-year, 5-year, and 10-year warranties, but what good is any of that if you end up dealing with poor workmanship from "fly by night" and "inexperienced" companies! This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and quality control at New Age Autosport and Onsite Detail is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone, as no one should have to endure such a frustrating and costly ordeal.

I don't know if it was due to me being a minority woman or what but I felt totally offended and violated. That is just unacceptable.
