BA snips is such a beautiful salon, its in an old house that has so many unique qualities. It is convinently located near the 4 corners of penfield. When i walked in i was greeted by the owner Barb who was so warm and sweet, I already felt at home. While i had to wait for my hair to cook, i was able to relax no hustle and bustle.
