I leased a 1 bedroom apartment in Astoria that was listed by Azure Realty. The Azure team was accommodating to my schedule, courteous and professional. Christina answered all of my questions and moved the approval process along quickly. I am happy with the way things worked out. read more

Amanda assisted me with securing my apartment in Brooklyn. She was very responsive and receptive to all of my questions and concerns and never felt dismissive or impatient with me. She made the paperwork really easy and was flexible with my scheduling. One year later, I am still happy with my apartment. It was a pleasure working with Amanda & her team. read more

Snjezana or we call her "Snow" is very pro active. She responds promptly to every inquiry, she does her job very well by reviewing your paper work thoroughly, very flexible, patient, always comes on time during in person transactions and is willing to take the extra mile to know what each of her client needs and match those needs to both parties. Our hearts are filled with joy at our newly rented apartment. I will definitely recommend to work with Snow of Azure realty! read more

Sean is a great agent and helped me in finding an apartment that met all of my requirements. I will definitely be using him again.

Although Christina and Sean were nice and polite until I signed the lease, I only found out afterwards that the listing that was promised was misinformed. The listing said there was a laundry room being built in the building, when I asked my landlady about that she said Christina lied to me about the laundry room as well as the gas which I was told would be installed soon after I moved in but as of now (four months later), has yet to be installed. read more

It was a pleasure doing business with Christina and the team. They make you feel welcomed and they are very supportive of your concerns.

Barbara was absolutely fantastic! I just rented a home in Astoria and the process was seamless! Barbara communicated everything thoroughly and she was very knowledgeable! I truly cannot find one negative thing to say about my interaction with Azure Realty and specifically Barbara! I highly recommend them both! read more

Barbara was invaluable in securing an apartment in New York while we were living out of state! She is extremely knowledgeable and communicative, the process was seamless. We're so appreciative and cannot wait for our move. 100% would recommend! read more

After a lot of frustration with the NY rental market, Snjezana was a dream to work with! She was so kind and responsive - I'd happily work with her for all of my moves (though hopefully this is my last for a while!). This was the first time since I've moved to NY that I've paid a broker fee willingly instead of begrudgingly. The service was personalized and I really felt like I was a priority from the first moment of contact. Cannot recommend enough! read more

Christina made the move in process so easy, and was very accessible and informative throughout, before and after the move in. Would highly recommend her to others looking for places in Astoria. read more

Christina helped us find and rent an apartment with a fairly lengthy approval process. She was always quick to respond to texts, phone calls, and emails, and was prepared with all paperwork. She went through the lease and agreements with us and made sure we understood everything before signing. She was never pushy and always honest. Christina is an absolute angelic being from the heavens and may be the ONLY real estate agent that isn't shady. Highly recommend Azure Realty for rentals. read more

Christina is super helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. She helped me find an amazing apartment, answered all my questions and has made this moving experience easy on me. I recommend her for anyone looking for an apartment in Astoria. read more

I loved working with Barbara and Christina. They're a powerhouse duo! I found a place I liked and the competition was intense, but Barbara made sure I was the first to view it and I put down the deposit right then and there. Further, I was a bit uneasy about a couple things with my landlord--but Barbara helped ease my nerves, get clarity, and all is well. She also quickly answered all my concerns and random questions I had via text. Would absolutely work with her again! read more

Barbara was great to work with! I initially reached out for a viewing, but had to postpone the meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. She was very understanding and flexible. Later I found out my top choice was rented, but she said she'd follow up if anything fell through. Next day she messaged, let me know the place was back on market, and set up an appointment with me right away! I was first to the viewing, fell in love with the place, and told her I was ready to apply. The application process was easy and broken down into clear steps, so we applied and were approved within 48 hours. Now it's been 2 weeks at the new place and I love everything about it! Thank you Barbara! read more

The best experience I've ever had with any type of real estate agency was with Azure Realty. I've lived in New York for almost a decade now and have moved many many times in all the boroughs. Trust me, Azure Realty is the best. After a month of gruesome apt searching on our own, Barbara Michaels came to our rescue. Right from the beginning, she treated us kindly, responded to our texts right away, gave as much information as possible, arranged a showing and was so friendly. Both Barbara and Christina were on top of their game when it came to the paperwork. I have never worked with a more efficient team. It was such a pleasure meeting them and finding our new home. They treat everyone with respect and they're so helpful every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to work with them again. read more

Wow, what a way to get an apartment rented by being testy with potential renters. Good luck on that 20+ day listing. By the way, if the super is the one showing it, what exactly do we need you for to begin with? Certainly not for your customer service skills. read more

We were first time home buyers and selected Azure Realty based on reviews we saw online and we were so lucky to have chosen them. We worked with Christina and she was wonderful! She had great knowledge of the surrounding area and knew exactly what we were looking for. From the work she did prior to the exploratory trip, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. Christina is a true professional. If you are moving to the area--there is only one realtor to use--and that is like Christina Tavarez! She pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. Her greatest attribute, "she listens" and then asks thought provoking questions which insures you get what you really want. Anyone looking to purchase a home would be lucky to work with Christina. read more

We worked with Barbara and Christina, it was hands down the best NYC broker experience I've ever had! Barbara was an absolute dream to work with, she is a sweetheart and made the entire process easy and enjoyable (who can say that about apartment hunting! I've never experienced anything like it before, haha.) We are so happy with our new place, and the team at Azure not only made it quick and straightforward, they were also upfront with all the information and didn't spring anything on us at the last second. Really can not recommend them enough, thanks Barbara and Christina! read more

I had an opportunity to work with Ms. Graciel Rubio and, unfortunately, -cannot leave a good review. She did not respond in the timely manner while scheduling the appointment to see an apartment. Out of the blue she just stopped responding to the messages, and, when I tried calling her phone number , there was no option to leave a message either. In about couple of days after that, I found out that the apartment I was interested in was already rented. I would assume that, it would be polite of the broker at least let the customer know that the apartment is no longer available instead of just cutting off the communication completely. Since everyone's time is precious when you are looking for a new apartment, I hope you would not be mislead as I was. Best of luck to all with your apartment search and hope you will find honest and responsible brokers to work with. read more

I had a brief dealing with Mike at Azure Realty. I have been looking for an apt since October 2019 and have contacted NUMEROUS listings, NUMEROUS brokers and only two brokers contacted me back in 4 months time. Mike was one of them! He answered the e mail I sent through the rental site, he answered my texts and he answered my phone call! The other brokers never acknowledged me through any of the means I used to contact them. In addition, Mike kept me updated on what was going on as far as the opened house and answered all my questions when I did see the apt. Mike knows how to speak to people, extremely courteous and just an all around nice guy to do business with. I ended up not taking the apt, but Mike assured me if something comes his way that I might be interested in, he will contact me. I don't feel frustrated this time around dealing with a broker (even though the apt. didn't fit my needs) because Mike did an awesome job! read more
