French toast - so good!

Great local restaurant, food is generous portions, enough to take home! Thick Chips and various Salsas to try. We had Brunch - Delicious

My friend and I went to breakfast here this morning to celebrate her birthday. The restaurant was nicely appointed with comfortable seating and the service was friendly and helpful. We both chose to have the Azulejo omelette. It was delicious. I especially loved the green sauce! I look forward to returning to try their lunch menu!

Beautiful new Mexican restaurant in Goodyear with a warm, modern design that still embraces the beautiful Mexican heritage. The service was ok but I Cahill that up to them just opening up. They charge $8 for chips and salsa which is high but you do get a healthy side of guacamole and 3 other types of salsa. The menu is simple but there is something for everyone. The chili verde had good flavor but the carne was dry. The rice and beans were good thought. My wife's enchiladas sueza was flavorful too. My daughter's carne asada tacos were just average. This is a decent Mexican restaurant that has potential I think they just need to get past their initial opening jitters

I was so looking forward to a good Mexican restaurant near me. Sadly, this isn't it. They have a pretty photo op when you enter and the staff is friendly and nice but here's the bad. They charge you for chips & the menu is limited. Our table was wobbly; surprising for a new restaurant. The music was too loud. I ordered a carne asada torta and they forgot the guacamole. The server was very apologetic and brought a side order. It was actually good and not full of onions and tomatoes. Sadly the torta doesn't come as usual with lettuce and tomatoes. I think the owners would benefit from visiting some Mexican restaurants in San Diego to see how it's done right; Old Town Mexican Cafe, Norte, Fidels, etc.

Always love the food here the enchiladas are bomb topped with pickled onions & guac and the ceviche is always fresh

Breakfast bland burrito.

BEST worst decision of my life... where do I start? The 1 hour wait time for our food or the tasteless meal that was served... There were 5 tables sitting ahead of us and 1 table eating. When that table got up, the next was served and it continued like that till it was our turned to be served a full hour latter. They had plenty of time to go buy seasoning, which they did not. The food was so bland, that adding salt to it made it seam that I was only eating salt. I ordered the breakfast bland burrito. We waited 30 min for our flight of hot syrup, I think they called it a margarita flight... why would you serve it hot? Wife ordered the birria tacos. For a meat sitting in soup, the meat was tough and bland. Atmosphere was weird, the hostess/server/possibly cook was nice and possibly the only one working that day... I do not see this place lasting long... waste of $70.

Aguachiles Rojos, spicy but taste like being at Rocky point on the beach.

Made the drive, worth the drive. Food was delicious. Staff is courteous, polite and attentive. Great service! We had a toddler and they were very accommodating ensuring his food made it our first. Ordered aguachiles and a taco Al gobernador (not pictured because I devoured it as it hit the table) delicious. My BF ordered a omelette, green salsa that I made sure I taste tested, flavor was perfection. Excited for this new restaurant as they get going, for a new restaurant they are doing great!

Pambazo plate

We enjoyed a delicious brunch on a Saturday morning. Service was great! My sister had the French toast. I enjoyed the Chilaquiles Rosas that was made with a creamy beet sauce. My son ordered the Azulejo Omelette (sort no picture) and cleaned his plate! Coffee was good and served in nice size mugs. My niece chose the Pambazo plate. My only recommendation would be to add some additional offerings for creamers in addition to the original coffeemate non-dairy creamer. Some of us like quality alternative choices. Overall nice experience. Will try again!

Do not doubt this place, do not question whether or not you should come here. Quite literally everything is good, and the menu has such a variety that you'll find something that works for you, and yes it will be good. I will try again, junkie that I am. BTW, I also ordered tacos for my husband. He is salt averse yet unbothered so maybe only my tacos got hit with an errant extra shake of salt. I left to make an appointment at the nearby nail salon and came back and they were still back there frying my fish - which, as mentioned, was chef's kiss otherwise. I loved my blue pineapple/coconut milk drink. This place is known for its beverages. Can't complain.

You order at the counter and the food comes out to the table. You can tell this place is family owned. The owners, whom I assumed were there tonight, were lovely people. While we waited, the woman who took our order brought out a basket of chips with refried beans and fresco queso on top with a side of salsa. Woah! What? Epic. But wait! A few minutes later, a precious girl with the most warm inviting, and beautiful smile came out with 2 warm, homemade corn tortillas, with salsa and cheese for us. These were just complimentary extras we didn't expect at all. Soo good. The restaurant is a humble place. Cute, clean, inviting and roomy. There is an inside seating area and an outdoor section. Someone was grilling meat out front. I think, the owner. I ordered a chili relleno combo. It comes with rice, beans, tortillas, and a drink. Hubs ordered two carne asada tacos, and a carne asada sope. I didn't try anything my husband ordered. ( I was laser focused on my meal lol) But it looked really good. He said, you can tell, they make their food with love. Yes, yes, yes, you can. My dish, was the best chili relleno I have had the entire 5 yrs I have been living in AZ. And the beans were phenomenal. Honestly, I prefer eating at places like this. We came for an impromptu date night. I can say it was one of the best meals and date nights I've had in a while. Thank you. I stopped by on a Saturday night to finally check it out. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the trompo right away, which is always a good sign. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted with a warm smile from the young lady up front. After looking over the menu, I ordered two tacos de tripa and two tacos de suadero. She asked if I wanted the tripas extra crispy I said no. I also asked how they prepare the suadero since I didn't see a choricera, but she wasn't sure. When the food came out, the tripas were a letdown. The texture was off, almost like a stale chip, and they were clearly overcooked. I asked if I could swap them for something safer, so I went with asada instead, but that didn't impress either. It didn't taste very fresh. Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others. All in all definitely stop by to try the suadero as for as the other two I'd would probably give them a second try.

These were very good, the dough tasted fresh like they were made to order. For our main entree we shared the Alebrije Parrillada for two. This gave us a good sampling of multiple meats and sides. Everything comes served in a hot molcajete. My favorite meats were the chorizo and the shrimp. My favorite bite overall was the toasted Oaxacan cheese. So good - I could've eaten an entire plate of just that. The rice and beans were decent, however the beans could have benefited from a little more salt. You can choose either flour or corn tortillas. My only qualm would be that there were some temperature inconsistencies among the various components. Some were borderline room temperature, like they had been cooked first; others were piping hot. Overall taste was great though. Will I return? Absolutely yes. If you're craving home-cooked style Mexican food that doesn't leave you feeling super heavy - this is the spot to try.

The beans were nice and runny with cheese melted over. Hubby really enjoyed his enchiladas...they looked good, too. I asked for no cilantro (not a fan), so they doubled down on the onions, I guess. So many onions, I could barely make out what was in my tacos...LOL! After getting rid of some of them, I dug in.
