Amazing fried pork dish..I will be coming back for this again

This place is eye candy in a different looking resort. Free parking up front for the restaurant and you walk in and the bar is awesome. Ron is awesome behind the bar. I had the fried pork special dish, with Yucca, beans, white rice, and plantains. I used their special dressing on the fresh avocado, great refreshingly delicious. Looks great inside even a little cart that sells Mexican dresses and things.

Celebrated Cinco de Mayo at Azteca II during our family vacation. This restaurant is located inside the Cocoa Beach Resort. We were quickly seated and served fresh tortilla chips and delicious homemade salsa for our party of 10. The atmosphere was fun and festive. There was live music and the crowd was lively. The food was good and not overpriced. My only complaint is that service was a bit slow. I would attribute that possibly to staff shortages and a busy kitchen.

Recently went here w/ a vegetarian society for a local dining out. We went to Azteca II for a vegan fajitas dining out. Everything was quite alright. Beans, rice, veggies, fajitas, tacos, salad, pico de gallo, & fresh guacamole. Everyone in our group seemed to enjoy the meal. Service was on point. It seems that the regular menu doesn't list too many vegan or vegetarian options per say yet am sure they can be customized veg just as they provided a lovely spread for our group dining out experience.

Visiting Cocoa Beach for the day, we were looking for a Mexican restaurant. Found this in one of the hotels, was a nice little gem. Chips and salsa were great as well as the food items we ordered. We were wanting to find something that our son can eat, and he had chicken strips, worked great. I recommend thisplace nice and clean.

Manager was terrible. Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Not many times I would not recommend a place but when you are disrespected as I was, no doubt I will voice my opinion. As a local and someone who is military not able to come as often as I like, anytime I come back I'm interested to see the changes around. I come home, and Azteca II is definitely not the place to come too

My family and I were on spring break week in Cocoa Beach and had a wonderful dinner at Azteca. The meal was good and service was awesome. I left my hat at our table and didn't realize until we had already flown home. I called back, Wilfred answered and mailed it home to me in NY. Thanks for going above and beyond!

It was ok. Food was fair, atmosphere a bit over done and looked cluttered. We had fun, but won't go back.

The food is outstanding and very reasonably priced. The small soffrito bowl (about $11) is the perfect size to satisfy without feeling completely stuffed and uncomfortable. Their slow cooked pork is so good and moist. I had the same on my Huevos Rancheros on our third visit. I love Huevos Rancheros and I think this was the best version of it I've ever had! The eggs over easy were perfectly cooked runny yokes but fully cooked whites. I dug in too quickly to think to snap a photo first! The other big selling point for me is that they squeeze their own lime, lemon and orange juices so their house margarita at only $9 is absolutely delicious! It goes down too easily but with such a good price why not get a second?? Our second lunch I tried the mahi mahi tacos and I appreciated that the fish was grilled and not fried so there are menu options that are fairly healthy. This day I opted to only have 1 margarita and then have an ice cream at Fat Donkey Ice Cream directly next door. We liked eating outside on the front patio with the tiki-style thatched roof. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. Go check out the Tiny Turtle! We'll definitely be back!

It was comfortable, the food service was quick and the food and drinks were delicious. The chimichanga, shrimp fajitas and Churrasco were all delicious and generously portioned. The chips and salsa are yummy and may put you in danger of filling up before you get your food. Do get the Queso for your chips it is awesome. This place feels very high end but with a heart of a family restaurant. We'll definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Been about a week since I ate here as I recently take the time to contemplate my review. After…read morethis deliberation, I am ready... The TL;DR version of all this is - the place is very good. Simply can't wait to return. The long version says the following: The location is easy to get too, and the inside of the restaurant is visually appealing. Though I do lean towards the beachy, tropical theme of things, this place does it without being kitschy or tacky. Though I expected the inside to have been wholly remodeled since the last restaurant that was a tenant here - it really had not. Instead, they updated the seating, bar, and outside to their taste - which is good, IMHO. I really liked the use of tablets for their menus. This was novel to me as I had never experienced it until I came here. The tablets worked well and even so, you got a feel for how extensive their menu truly is. Food-wise, there were no complaints around the table. I had their pork bowl which not only comes out hot and fresh, but copious - I just couldn't finish it - they piled on the food with what appeared to be wild abandon. My wife had their fajita plate which was massive. That definitely ended up going home with us. Desserts were their flan which had a flavor I had not expected, maybe not to true style, but definitely rich and delicious. No complaints here. Service was not only friendly but patient with us as we had plenty of questions for being our first time here, but it wasn't as attentive as I would have like. I think the waiter was overstretched in tables, but he still did an overall great job with us. In short, the newest Mexican restaurant in the area represents very well, and we are looking forward to our next trip back, hopefully very soon...

From a food standpoint alone, I'd absolutely come back. That said, the experience was a bit confusing and ended on a frustrating note. We weren't asked whether our order was for here or to go, and after ordering, our group of five sat down (we pulled together five chairs) and waited for our food. Despite that, everything came out in to-go packaging. When we walked in, we noticed other tables dining in had bottles with three different types of salsa available. However, we were only given a very small portion in a to-go container. I went up to grab a pineapple Jarrito and asked if we could use the salsa bottles since we were eating there. Instead, I was told no and that we had already been given to-go salsa--and they also tried to charge me extra for additional salsa. What made it more frustrating was that when I explained we were dining in, I was told that we had asked for our food to go, which wasn't the case. No one in our group was asked, and we had clearly sat down to eat inside. It felt unnecessarily rigid and dismissive, especially since we brought in a group of five and spent over $70. The food was genuinely great, but the lack of communication and flexibility on the service side made the experience feel awkward and disappointing. I'd still recommend the place for the food, but hopefully the service improves.
