He spent his time helping us find the right hardwood color, brought multiple full-size samples to our house so we could compare everything in our own space, and offered very competitive pricing. His team is also incredibly skilled, they handled some challenging parts of our project, including matching the height of the new hardwood with the existing bathroom tile, and the final result looks seamless. Finally, the baseboard painting was absolutely flawless as well. We're extremely happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely hire Erik and his team again!

When I sought estimates for this carpet replacement project on Yelp, Hardwood Plus was the first and fastest reply. Erik showed up on time and quickly gathered the information he needed while explaining some of the things that could go wrong, like leveling issues or finding something unexpected beneath the old carpet. He promptly provided a quote, and kept in touch via text message (a huge perk for phone call-averse people like me). When we visited the showroom to pick out the carpet and sheet vinyl pattern, it came as a relief that Erik was not interested in upselling - he'd present options, explain the pros and cons of each, and trusted us to make our own decisions. The first issue occurred on the installation day, when Erik messaged me to say the carpet had not arrived yet. He was apologetic and explained what had happened, but we would still have to wait another week for it to arrive. The second issue occurred after his team removed my old carpet: they found the tiles underneath contained asbestos and needed to be sealed, for an additional cost. This added another day to the sheet vinyl install, but this was a possibility he had mentioned early on. The team also accidentally broke my dryer vent, but Erik agreed to fix it with absolutely no fuss. Finally, there were a few little bubbles in the sheet vinyl I had to push out. But now that it's all done, I am absolutely over the moon with how great my new floor looks, and how delightfully plush the new carpet on the stairs and guest room is! Hardwood Plus is communicative, professional, friendly, honest, diligent, and timely. They do great work, take responsibility, and ensure your satisfaction. I can't recommend them enough.

OLD SCHOOL INTEGRITY & WORKMANSHIP…read more David's Flooring did a wonderful job on our new house in Issaquah. We are very pleased with the results. From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. Over the last 42 years our family has built a number of custom homes and the experience with David's flooring was by far the best and was actually enjoyable. We would/will definitely use Eric and his team again and highly recommend them.

As a homeowner, I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them. Vitaliy was excellent to work with throughout the process. He communicated openly about costs, risks, and timelines. His initial quote was the most thorough and detailed among all the bids we received (e.g. including a potential subfloor leveling cost range upfront to avoid surprises later on). He was also open to incorporating a written addendum I provided alongside the standard contract so that all project expectations were clearly documented from the start. When a supplier mistake from Shaw Floors delayed materials and forced my family into a longer Airbnb stay, Vitaliy stepped up and helped cover the ~$1,500 extra cost. That meant a lot to us. The crew treated our home with respect, the floors look beautiful, and throughout the project I felt I could truly trust Vitaliy and David's Flooring. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to other homeowners for flooring work.

Viktoria Flooring exceeded expectations on every front. From material selection to installation, timelines, and payments - everything was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. The hardwood floors looked beautiful, the craftsmanship was excellent, and the job was completed exactly as promised. What truly sets Viktoria Flooring apart is their long-term commitment to their customers. Years later, when we decided to rent out the house, we reached out again - and without hesitation, they came back, inspected the floors, fixed everything that needed attention, and once again went above and beyond. Every interaction with Stepan and the Viktoria Flooring team has been friendly, positive, and solution-oriented. They consistently resolve open issues and stand behind their work even years later. It's rare to find a company that delivers both outstanding workmanship and lasting trust. If you're looking for a flooring company you can rely on not just for one project, but for years to come, I highly recommend Viktoria Flooring. Five stars without hesitation.

At that time, the wonderful sales person I worked with on my first order was no longer employed and they have this guy Marlon running the show now. I was candid with Marlon about why I had to redo my floors and needed a new estimate. Marlon was initially very pushy about getting directly involved with my claim even tho I told him I already had a contractor to do the work and I simply just needed the materials. After 20 minutes of saying no to his suggestion he finally gave me the estimate. He quoted me $4.19 claiming inflation impacting the price. Okay fine -- I go get the amount approved through insurance. Insurance approvals take a while so I didn't end up going back to actually purchase the floor until today, July 2025. NOW he's trying to tell me the price for the floor is $5.39. As if the cost of flooring skyrocketed up $2.39 per sqft in a matter of 8 months?! He told me to go back to my insurance adjuster and ask for more money and then it was clear to me this man was trying to take advantage of my claim by gouging the price of the floor. He knew my insurance was a grade for grade replacement and tried to leverage that to inflate what he wanted to charge me. Pure greed. Because how else does a floor go from $3 to $5.39 in 8 months?? Especially when I checked nearby competitors and no one else had raised their prices recently. I did love that floor but the pushy & predatory business practices were simply unacceptable (especially as a return customer) and I ended up taking my business elsewhere -- as should you.

August 20th they install everything. Initial walk thru and it looks good but then anything would…read morehave looked better than the subfloor. I did notice that the freshly painted walls had dirty smudge marks all over them... and as I vacuumed up stuff found areas where the carpet had not been stretched far enough, I could see seams, one spot an actual hole, I could feel tack strips on 11 of the 14 stairs, they really banged up the existing trim. They removed and reinstalled 2 toilets and all 3 of the 4 screw caps were missing. So were the closet door tracks (not sure what those are called but they fasten to the floor to keep the doors from swinging). So, I send a message the the associate that helped with the process and I included photos. He was supposed to come out and look at the work on the 21st... He didn't. Assured me he'd get it taken care of... The said he'd be out the next day. He wasn't. I went and bought calk for the toilets and new screw caps. As I was went to work on my toilet, I noticed it was leaking at the base. Snapped a photo - sent it to the associate. He tells me to shut the water off. I already had... ended up having someone come out and reinstall my toilet and make sure it wasn't leaking. The associate tells me he'll be out on Monday (now it's been nearly a week with the jacked up tack strips, flooring, and the toilet issue). Monday arrives and he has another excuse and by that time, I discovered that the guest bathroom toilet was also not reinstalled correctly and freaking moved back/forth. The calking strip they installed at the base of the tub was also not flush against the tub nor did it have any real adhesive to make sure the strip did not allow for moisture to get in between the tub/and new floor. Guess what?! There was water pooling there... So, I remove the calking strip and send a photo to the associate, his response "This couldn't have waited until I was there tomorrow?" I decide to reach out to their corporate office at this point. I sent an email documenting the experience and included photos. Within an hour his boss calls. Apologizes profusely and sends out a different associate to assess the situation. The next day the SAME installers arrive even though I expressed a lack of confidence in their ability to fix the issues. When they arrive I attempt to show them issues and the main installer tells me through Google Translate he does not speak any English. I call the associate who assures he they have the work order and will replace the bathroom flooring, double check that everything is installed properly, and fix the carpet. WELL, they had NO idea they were doing anything in the bathroom... They did restretch areas of the carpet so the seams and holes were not visible. The damaged the existing trim even more, scratched the walls (not sure how they did that), left dirty smudges everywhere. Didn't wear those little protective booties over their work boots and tracked in crap all over the new carpet. So, I call AGAIN. The next day, the same installers arrive. Install new bathroom flooring and tracked toilet wax ring on to the BRAND NEW CARPET. He tried to clean it up with water and when I went back to inspect the area - it looked like he cut out a small chunk of the carpet. They completely destroyed sections of trim in the bathroom and I again had to clean, fix trim, touch up paint... The stairs STILL sound crunchy... Do not use this company. Just don't! Save yourself the stress. It's been 2 weeks! I've worked tirelessly on my home to get it in the best shape possible as I'm planning to sell. I've had to miss work, spend hours cleaning up after these installers, been stressed out by the incredibly poor workmanship and customer service. This was supposed to be an easy 1 day job. I've included a Google Album of photos because there were too many to attach. Now, I'm looking for contractors to come in and give me an estimate to fix the stairs, replace the upstairs trim, and make sure everything is installed properly. I'm a single woman who works her butt off to take care of her home and even though I'm selling it after nearly 20 years - take pride in home ownership and the amount of work I've had to do, I'm pretty sure isn't standard when paying a company to install flooring. https://photos.app.goo.gl/aWL3Q9ngiJQt3tb9A
