From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. The quality of his workmanship wasn't so much the issue- but his attention to detail during the templating process. We chose two granite slabs for a large project which involved a 9 foot island and smaller project for another home. One of the slabs had a river of quartz running through the middle and was templated to be the center focal point of the island. When installation day came, we were surprised to find that the island had no quartz running through the center. We couldn't figure out what went wrong. When the second granite countertop was delivered to our daughter's home for install- there it was. The quartz was placed in front of the kitchen sink. This mistake really showed a lack of caring for customer wishes and a template appointment that was a waste of time. Pretty disappointing. Seams weren't that inconspicuous- I've since had other stone projects with smaller seams.

Instead of answering those questions, Tom responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way, asking whether I had read the estimate or looked at their website, and saying I could call him if I was "serious about doing business" with them. As a customer, I believe it is completely normal to ask detailed questions before hiring a contractor, especially for a home project involving cost, materials, and installation details. The lack of clear answers and the tone of the response made me lose confidence in moving forward with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you expect clear communication and respectful customer service.

I believe they do this so they can win the Bids, Trim the doors, and let us know forgiveness later to bill us, Electrical work was done but price never discussed. Nothing documented so we are not liable, although, keep on calling you for these add-ons. Overall, The quality of the product and installation is there, Although not for business. Once you signed contract, its not a good signs that they add on extra here and there. You'll be suprised whats not included. They do not include basic things that comes with installing the tiles. When they say Tile's not included, and we opt out. But they said 30% deposit was non refundable. We told them we just cancel the credit card. They offerred discount, and those discount was not honored ofcourse while they insist on their add-ons. Just not professional, or they do not know what professional means, or what contract is..... So overall frustrating experience for sure. I should have picked the vendor we always go to, their lower price (without the tile) attracted us, but was a bait. Dissapointing on admin side, workers are experience, but still negative one star. Hope they hire admin person, Owner speaks English, not fluent, and do not know business practice in US, Just horrible experience.
