From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. A recent snowstorm made a hole in my roof and filled the attic with water. As a customer, I believe it is completely normal to ask detailed questions before hiring a contractor, especially for a home project involving cost, materials, and installation details. The lack of clear answers and the tone of the response made me lose confidence in moving forward with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you expect clear communication and respectful customer service.
