I screwed up a setting and it would not work I could not get a hold of a Nolan so had to talk on Facebook, no go..I emailed the email off the website, no answer. I have purchased four different products based on their recommendations, but nothing ever works like they say, pieces that are 'supposed' to fit together do not, and I have just been wasting money, since they don't take any sort of return or store credit. I have walked out with a very broken/cracked water pipe that was around $120, and the person who sold it to me was the one that looked it over and ensured me it was good (I wasn't very knowledgable at the time) and then when I got home it leaked everywhere and they didn't do jack about their garbage product. I could go on... and on. Two stars might be too much, on second thought, I'm giving them one and will just go to another head shop for all my smoking needs.

Monday, bought 4 cigars that I hoped would be fine. Two were ok. One was so dry/hard that when snipped off the end the wrapper ( on Tuesday) unwrapped, tried to smoke it but gave up about 1/3 of the way thru. Went store today to return unopened cigar and brought in cigar that had tried to smoke. End result was they would not refund any of my money but would let me choose one cigar to replace unopened cigar. I pointed out this one may not be any better. Be cautious, or go elsewhere .
