Living out of state, I called to place the order, saying I liked the look of the "Eevy Ivy Special"and "Colorful Blooms" style arrangements on the website, and I'd like something along those lines that I left up to them, for $100 plus delivery. The website arrangements were $55 and $75, so I expected my arrangement to be similar but a little bigger and better. I said colorful was fine, as my friend was such a joyous person. I expected a professional-looking arrangement. What was delivered was a shadow of the website arrangements, with some color in the center and a ton of spindly greens and queen anne's lace surrounding it that gave vibes of something picked off the side of the road. The photo I have was sent by the delivery driver at my request. I posted it here. A friend who attended the funeral and saw the arrangement in life was also unimpressed, saying it definitely didn't look like $100. I actually wondered if maybe my order was confused somehow since I never received a receipt, bill, or anything, but my credit card statement told the story: They did bill me for a $100 arrangement plus delivery. I called the store owner Becky to discuss it. She was very nice, as were all the employees I spoke with from there. She expressed that the arrangement was large and beautiful, and said two customers in shop commented as much. Perhaps it was large, but with what? The expansive "weedy" look was nothing like the website arrangements I asked for. Becky said it was nowhere in the notes that I referenced them, and that the only notes were, "colorful" and, oddly enough, "sticks," which was definitely a surprise. I actually spend considerable time giving the order, expressing how important it was to me that the flowers were beautiful. Becky said the driver took a bad photo of the arrangement, that didn't showcase its true beauty. In all fairness that may be a factor, but not enough to justify what I got. Just no. She did then say they might have missed the mark on this one, and to be fair, asked how to make it right, offering to send a bouquet to someone else as compensation. I appreciate the offer, but this was for a funeral... a special event that I was unable to attend, and that can't be done over. I regret choosing them for the order.

By the time I got home, almost 5 hours laters, it was raining, and I found my arrangement tipped over, flowers out of the vase with no water, (except rain), broken stems, and the mylar balloon was laying flat on the ground. (The next day I discovered it had a ribbon that had blown across my patio.) I contacted the florist, very upset, as I know my friend spent good money on this arrangement/delivery. I asked why would you just leave it if no one answered the door? She confirmed that they sent a text to the number on the order, my friend's number, and asked if someone would be home. It wasn't my number!! Immediately the owner spun the blame on my friend for not providing my number and refused to do anything about it other than tell me to trim the bottoms of the flowers and try to enjoy them!! This is after I told her of the ruined stems/flowers. 3 days after receiving it and now the roses have lost or are starting to lose their petals. I'm so disappointed in these flowers that I'm not even enjoying them. Normally you'd put an arrangement as a centerpiece. This is tucked away in my kitchen where I don't have to see it. I'm sure within a day or two it will make its way to the trash as the remaining flowers will be dead. Don't waste your money. Horrible flowers and customer service!!

I won't go into the extensive time and effort spent trying to be sure our flowers would be delivered as described and on time, as it would have been well worth it if we had received the item we ordered- the "Magnificent Life Spray." Instead the arrangement that was delivered is unacceptable- it isn't even close to the picture or "magnificent" in any way. It is missing MANY roses and NUMEROUS other flowers, it appears that some of the flowers are already wilted, and to top it off a hideous bright green bow was placed right in the middle of the arrangement. I was told that if the florist didn't have what is in the arrangement, any substitutions would be white- no color would be added. Although there isn't a bow in the picture posted on the website, a white bow might have been okay, but instead there is an ugly green bow front and center on the arrangement. The cost of the arrangement (before fees) was $164.99- the arrangement that was delivered doesn't appear to be worth even half that amount. Having an aunt and cousin in the florist business for over 40 years, I know what beautiful flower arrangements look like- what was delivered is the opposite of a beautiful flower arrangement. We are heartbroken and beyond disappointed. We also feel taken advantage of knowing that the flowers were being sent by someone in Florida and therefore we wouldn't see the flowers so you could get away with delivering a subpar arrangement. That is even more disheartening being that the flowers were for a funeral service- one would think of all the occasions to provide a beautiful flower arrangement it would be for a funeral.
