SO helpful with the payment process and getting me an almost $600 discount after everything was said and done because I was buying that same day. The store was clean, every single employee was so nice to talk to, the rooms were spacious and I appreciated being able to get into and out of dresses myself without a stylist watching me do so! Discussing alterations was easy with them, they kept every idea I had realistic and even provided opinions and helped me think some ideas up! The dress will be here quickly too, about a month but I'm sure that's dependent on how detailed the dress you purchase is. AMAZINGGGGG experience!!!

ALL FELL OUT not even 5 minutes into being buttoned in. My aunt who does a lot of sewing said there is no tears in the dress and if there was the dress would have been bustled correctly. I found little squares with buttons on them behind me all throughout the night. To say I'm pissed is an understatement as the value of what I paid, the bustles should have lasted the ENTIRE night it was supposed to be bustled (around 4 hours). Huge win!!! Today, my two daughters, a friend and I went to look for prom dresses. My daughter tried on six dresses. Her friend tried on two. Both girls bought a dress. My daughter also got earrings and a purse that matched her dress perfectly. Both girls were extremely happy with their dresses. Both girls were excited about the dress their friend found. And I was happy to pay $50 for a prom dress! We "may have" overstayed our appointment. Genavieve told us her next appointment was arriving soon and they arrived while the girls were still looking at jewelry. No pressure to leave. We paid and left, extremely happy. What a great day!
