    My husband was fitted for a tux for our sons wedding. We arrive on date they give you. 3 days…read morebefore wedding. He tried his shirt on and when he raised his arms went to his elbows! It's 45 minutes away and they said come on fri to pick up new shirt. We both worked and had decorating etc for wedding. We came up with our own remedy my nephew would pick it up. The where is part is it on the day of the wedding my husband put on his tux with his new shirt. Looks good. Took the dogs out and I was bending over to get something for the dogs I looked at my husband pants and it was very visible a hole in his crotch! It isn't like it could be seen. When he tried it on of course she didn't look at his crotch he just assume that you paid 200 and some dollars for Tux for a few days that they are in good shape. He has sew his own pants. when we brought it back no oh that's terrible we're sorry. They said we should've brought it to be fixed. Really two hours before the wedding drive 45 minutes each way very unprofessional will never go there again. If you do check your crotch of your tux

Apparently the policy of the store when speaking to the store owner is that the Tux must be returned to the store the following day of prom (Sunday) or returned to the high school on Monday. Our son returned the Tux on Monday in person at the store. He was charged $40 for this. When speaking with the store owner (Kathy) she said "I'm sorry that your son is not able to read" and was quite rude and not willing to work with us at all. How rude is it to insult someones child when receiving a customer complaint? Especially when the parents are asking them to be understanding since the Tux was still returned the same day the high school students returned their clothes to the school. It is crazy how important $40 is to a store and their willingness to loose a client instead of providing good customer service and be more understanding of high school age students not fully understanding what all the policies are. If I were you, I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This is not a matter of $40 as much as it about poor customer service and the principles of the owner.

    First off, I can't list an address, as she moved the weekend of my wedding, which means her address…read morechanged as well, a phone number, again, never had. I hired this young lady based on a few people's opinions and what I had seen as far as pictures on her website. I will say she is very upbeat & positive - unfortunately for my wedding day she had completely over booked herself and put way too much on her plate/to do list. I signed a contract in January 2014, paid 1/2 of the $1,300 fee - in the end, I contacted her to make sure she would be at our wedding and arrange the times & organization of it all. On the day of wedding, my photographer showed up, appearing to be EXTREMELY tired and not dressed appropriately for a formal wedding event - yes, I considered my wedding formal - I was also told the day of the wedding, in front of my entire bridal party, that wedding photos (by now PAID IN FULL) would be received 1 month from wedding. I also was told 1 week for thank you photos - the thank you photo's came 3 weeks later and my actual wedding photos arrived 2 MONTHS later - which contained 130 edited photos, some of which are less than what I wanted, and the sd card containing all 4,500 images. I can honestly say about once or twice a week I think about these photo's and realize there are moments that were not captured, groups of people I had wanted done, but honestly, she just didn't seem interested, I have photos of the coasters that I ordered, plenty of food photos - not one good photo of my husband and his 2 sons - or individual photos of myself & bridesmaids - the whole experience just didn't go well and the end result and the fact I had to hound my photographer to get my own photos just BAD! This young lady also needs to learn about centering a group or a couple in a shot, arrangement of bouquets in the photo's - just so much that can only be obtained with age & experience. She is a master with filters - but so is my 7 year old niece! I have waited 4 months since my wedding to write a review, to see if how I felt would change and NOPE, it irritates me more when I think about what I trusted this young lady to do - lesson learned and shame on me!
