Each time, I started with, "I'm just looking to get some ideas," or "I need to leave in 15 minutes, but wanted to stop by." Frequently, I said thank you that's all I needed for now and was ignored. Every time, they tried to get me to buy a ring or a watch immediately. "Oh, we're having a sale today, and it's a really good price on this ring." Every item I seemed interested in was praised as a great for this reason or that. While I looked, they would blabber about how great that brand was. They may have been right, but I felt like it was only said to persuade me. Frequently, I said, "I need to be somewhere and have to go," and they never listened. They often responded by having me hold the ring while they pulled out a catalog of other options or while they offered to check diamond prices on their computer. They always wanted to get my information or give me theirs no matter how much I said I would be back (which I meant) and that I needed to leave. Well, I guess I won't be going back anymore. Each experience was the high-pressure nightmare we hear about jewelry stores. They never respected me or my time. They were not concerned about me finding the right ring, watch, etc. They weren't interested in what I wanted if it didn't sell something that day.

Stand and chair took FOREVER to get, don't want to make a claim as replacement would take another eternity complete with all the put offs and lame excuses. I went to the GFS on 3/21 for my severe Morton's Neuroma. Tyler worked w/me. He found me insert…read morethat he said would work. I struggled w/them for a whole week. They wouldn't stay in place. The adhesive on the velcro would heat & melt & they kept sliding off the inserts. I had to adjust them 30+ x a day. I went back Monday after & returned the inserts. I called corporate to let them know what was going on. She was absolutely no help & told me I had to schedule an appt & go back to the store. I had no other option but to go back to the store. They "fit me" (mind you these are not custom) with a different set. I had no choice but to abide. The next set fit much better where they weren't sliding, but let me tell you about the pain that it caused me standing at my desk, walking, hiking, etc 'cause my feet were in so much pain (have photos). I went shopping for maybe 45 mins that following Saturday & I couldn't even walk anymore. I had to have my friend pay for my stuff while I went to the car to take my shoes off for relief. I set up another appointment on 4/10 & Tyler agreed that the inserts will not work for me. He mentioned he tried to help another gentleman w/Morton's Neuroma & that failed as well. To this day, I am still having extreme foot pain, that's far worse than before I went into the store. Also want to mention, when I went into the GFS on 3/21. Tyler said they have free financing for 18 months. I asked if it was a hard inquiry & if so, I'd rather not go through financing. I could've paid a different way. He assured me it was a soft check. Then about 5 minutes later, my watch notified me that I had a hard inquiry on my credit, in which I told him right away about it. I now have a hard inquiry on my credit report for up to 2 years. My score dropped 51 points. I did not authorize a hard check on my credit & I want that dismissed off of my record & I want my full refund, not just the $1335.79. I filed another dispute with CareCredit for the full refund. I will take this further if needed. I almost ended up in urgent care. That's how bad my feet hurt after wearing these inserts.. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE OR SHOULD I SAY FEET ACHES AND RUN!
