I am waiting on 2 pair of leggings that have been lost since Nov 24th which was the estimated arrival date by Pitney Bowes, yes I know they just "print" the labels, but turns out they own Newgestics a shipping company, which is the company that has said my package is sitting in their Greenwood, IN "partner facility". My problem with Kohl's is the representative asked me to wait til December 10th and check back and let them know (I guess waiting on hold for an hour is considered good service). I told her no, I wanted it resolved since the item has been "lost/in limbo" for 7 days straight, no movement since 130am Nov 24th. She said that was the best we could do, I asked for a supervisor. He apologized and I told him, if the product was at the store, I could have gone there and picked it up, came home and had dinner by now. I understand it's a busy season, but to be asked to wait 16 days for a package to not move (ie Dec 10th) to get my money back was ridiculous if the item hasn't moved at all since Nov 24th. He apologized and said he would ship me one of the 2 items, since the other is out of stock. That package is in fulfillment and not moved since Dec 1st, nor have the replacement items I thought I would order, just in case! So I've paid my bill and they will owe me approximately $80 for what hasn't mowed from Pitney Bowes/Newgestics since Nov24th. Then I will have to cancel my order from Kohl's that I tried to order to replace this debacle. I hate ppl who thing they need better service bc of the amount of money they spend. Just treat every customer as if they were the most important customer they have and fix common sense problems with common sense! The last 2 items that never got here were 2 leggings out of a $285, order. My replacement items were $80, yet nothing has moved so they will owe me approximately $160 when this debacle is over. I used to tell all my friends were I got my 50+ athletic shoes, bc Kohl's has some wild colors, but after this gets settled on Dec 10th, I think I will move to Dunham's for my shoes! Not to mention my other casual clothes! read more
