I have walked out with a very broken/cracked water pipe that was around $120, and the person who sold it to me was the one that looked it over and ensured me it was good (I wasn't very knowledgable at the time) and then when I got home it leaked everywhere and they didn't do jack about their garbage product. I could go on... and on. Two stars might be too much, on second thought, I'm giving them one and will just go to another head shop for all my smoking needs.
