If I could give zero stars I would…read more From the very beginning there was incompetence, and or poor training, leading to unprofessional and unacceptable handling of my account and mail. I tried to use the online notary several times to get the account authorized in the beginning, and each time I waited a long time, and no one ever became available. I then went and got the paperwork notarized in person and submitted it. It was only supposed to take 2 to 3 business days for acceptance. After I believe five days, I finally messaged to find out what the delay was and my account was approved the next day. A piece of mail, a significant check, arrived at Anytime Mailbox and I requested that it be held so I could pick it up. I then received a message saying that they had already mailed it by accident and tagged it with "my bad" instead of "I'm sorry". Very unprofessional. Photo attached. That item became lost in the mail, and I had to request a new check be sent, and I've only just received that new check from the original company after over two months from when I should have received it. While, I can't hold Anytime responsible for the Postal Service losing mail. My guess is that it was probably miss-handled in someway since all of my experiences with the company have been unprofessional and incompetent. I then got another piece of mail, another check at Anytime and requested several times that it be deposited. I even called into the location and spoke to someone and requested it be deposited. I was told that they had sent me a message, but I never received any kind of message, and there was no place to find messages on my dashboard within my account. At least not that I could find. I then asked that it be sent in the mail. I made this request with great apprehension since they had lost my previous one, but I felt like I had no choice since they were not following through on depositing the check as I requested, again several times. Even though part of the service The advertise is that they will deposit checks. That's why I signed up with them. They finally sent the check after several several weeks of practically having to beg them to take action. I finally closed the account due to the unprofessionalism, and/or lack of training and/or incompetence.

He & I began to talk told him about my bbq sauce that I was going to do & he tells me about getting boxes for my jars...I will be back over to speak with him on that & literally he is across street from where I live so I will be back...customer service on point...don't remember his name but his service was phenomenal!!! Have been here three times in the last few weeks. Dropped off two packages that already had labels…read moremade and popped them in their outgoing USPS bin. Third time was to have something packed up and shipped via FedEx. Owner is friendly and helpful. Was pleased with the service provided. This is a very convenient and not crowded place in my neighborhood to send packages. Will continue to go here instead of the busy post office. Was able to get in and out quickly. He is a sweet, kind, professional gentleman that is great at what he does! He's been in business for years. Please look beyond the fact that his shop may smell a bit like your grandmother's attic - I see it like he's got that many years of experience under his belt! I just happened to come across Jose one day when I was shopping at 'Active Body' - (will review that one later). A woman there recommended that I go to Jose to get my new jeans hemmed (and yes, he can keep the original bottom by request). I've been so impressed with Jose's work that I've been back time and time again with not only jeans that need alterations, but formal dresses and more! Jose is affordable and will do a quick turnaround if you ask nicely and smile sweetly :) Go give Jose a chance next time you need something altered, sewn, etc... he deserves it!

As I said in my original sentiments, I had a great first experience here and was VERY happy and content with two beautiful dresses... so when I had a black blazer and vintage fur vest to tailor in 2 days I knew this guy can do the job. I ran over there with my clothing. He was pleasant, measured me and said he can complete the job in time... I left happy... When I came back to pick it up though... well I turned my smile upside down... firstly, he informed me that he was unable to do my vest bc it was "too thick" for the machine huh???.... disappointing! He was able to tailor my black jacket but quoted me SIXTY dollars!! really?? the jacket cost me $30 on sale!!! Now I admit it was my mistake to drop off the items without insisting on a pre-job quote (I asked how much it would cost but he told me he can't know until he does the work) I was furious!! this is ridiculously over-priced! I talked him down to 40 bucks in increments of 5 dollars... then I just gave him the money and walked out of there.... wah wah wahhhh.... hmmm still debating whether I'd ever go back there again.
