It is a pleasant atmosphere to learn something new. It is conveniently located off of the I-17 freeway, and I can go at my leisure

I came here with a friend, to watch a Thursday night concert. My friend went to the Pink Floyd…read morecover band, and she and I were there last week to see a Bruno Mars cover band. We parked on the top floor of the parking garage and for whatever reason, the elevator took a while to show up and take us down to the casino floor. We almost used the stairs. But we did get there, and it was kind of close to the starting time of the concert too, but it was easy to get into the venue area with our rewards card. They had food for sale, but we skipped it (it smelled wonderful) and headed to the concert area, which was just an open area next to the 5 story parking garage, bordered by the service roads accessing the parking garage and laid down with short astroturf. The performance stage seemed kind of small, and the seating area seemed just adequate (many of us who showed up not-early had to stand), but it got the job done. The folding chairs were quite padded, which was nice (we did get a seat maybe 2/3 of the way through the concert, when a group of people left). Even for Bruno Mars (777 was the name of their tribute group), the average age of the audience seemed to skew pretty high, with a sea of white hair. But we all had a good time, even if we didn't get out of our seats or dance until the very last song. The only difficulty was this particular night had a very chilly wind blowing constantly and I didn't have a jacket with me, so I was quite cold. We jetted out of there just after the last song, and we were able to traverse the casino and parking garage and exit quickly and easily. I had wanted to roam around the casino after the concert, but I was so cold and tired from the wind (it felt like a whole bucket of dust had been wind-blown into my eyes), that I just wanted to go home after. Too bad a casino of this size can't do an indoor event, but I was still glad I went. Next time if the weather is better, I'll spend more time in the gaming area. :)

Desert Diamond was an interesting place to play blackjack. Most dealers were pleasant, but if you…read morewin, they ban you. That's a fact. It happened to me. They said, "Sir, your game is too good for us. We will be banning you from blackjack." I said, so I can play anything else? "No, you are being banned from all our properties. Surveillance has identified you as a card counter." By the way, knowing how to play isn't illegal. I know basic the basic strategy card. The sky is falling! Anyone who plays blackjack and doesn't know basic strategy is donating their money. It's still a losing game with basic strategy. Surveillance must have been smoking something that day. I heard they got hit by a card counting team only months before. I hope the counting team cleaned their clock. From what I heard, they did. Karma...

The employees at this casino, overall, seem happier than at some others in the valley. Very helpful…read moreand welcoming interactions with bar staff, restaurant staff, security, and restroom attendant. There is a large selection of machines and some table games, a keno room, bingo, and sports book. There are decent food options, including a quick-serve counter, a sports bar, a steakhouse, and I think a deli or diner style place. There is a large parking lot; I didn't see any parking garage or covered parking, but that may have been in a different section (important to remember in our warmer months!)

My friends and I went to casino arizona bingo hall on Wednesday February 4th, 2026. We witnessed a…read morehorrific display of 2 regular bingo players by management and security. There were 3-4 young inebriated people that where antagonizing one of the 2 ladies since they sat down very close to her. She had 6 machines and was playing papers also. The inebriated young people kept pushing the lady with 6 machines personal bags closer to her so she wouldn't have much room to play all of her machines and paper. This went on til half way through se and session. There was a drunk boy that started calling both ladies f ing bitches repeatedly. The drunk girl asked if the lady with 6 machines had a problem with her. The lady with 6 machines was trying to daub her papers and and the boy said hey you f ing bitch. The lady with 6 machines said she didn't have a problem with her but would they stop pushing their bags into hers and stop touching her stuff. The inebriated girl started yelling at the lady with 6 machines that they were their first. The inebriated people only had 2 machines. They had plenty of room to play without touching the other ladies bags. But they were antagoni, ing her all evening. Thought it was funny and continued to touch the ladies bags and personal items. The drink girl started yelling MANAGER!! The manager came over and the drunk girl started a big fiasco with the manager. The entire bingo hall heard her. When the manager, Laura, came over she tried to get the drunk kids to move to a different table. The drunk girl yelled" Im not moving, we were here first", those f ing bitches need to move. The drunk boy kept saying to the ladies, "what you gonna do about it" right in front of manager and security. That sounded like a threat. He was threatening the 2 ladies right in front of security, who was being very friendly with drunk girl. The manager snatched the lady with 6 machines, snatched her phone out of her hand and told her she couldn't record the incident. She was answering a text message from her daughter. So manager gave her back her phone. That was uncalled for as the entire fiasco was uncalled for. There were at least 3 security guys around lady with 6 machines. The other lady asked if she could just move all her things down to her area. He said no, and you need to stay out of it or you can leave. Both ladies were trying to be calm. They told the lady with 6 machines she had to move all of her things to another table or leave. They didn't want to hear what really happened even when another player told them the drunk kids were in the wrong. They made the woman with 6 machines leave. They told the other lady she could stay out of it or leave too. After the lady left the drunk kids were laughing and trying to antagonize the other lady. She didn't respond to there potty mouths. She was dabbing her papers and the other ladies papers. One of the floor persons were very nice and apologized to her but she had to take all of the other ladies machines that she was watching. I was told it was because the lady spent over $400 on bonanza alone. And another $300 on machines and papers. They only gave her back the money for bonanza. In my opinion the manager that snatched the ladies phone out of her hand and all 3 of the security guards were very unprofessional. Just because the drunk girl was flirting with them they let them stay and the lady with 6 machines were walked out of the building. They should of made the drunk young people leave. It was not the lady with 6 machines fault. The drunk people were antagonizing her the whole session. So you kick out a loyal bingo player and want to kick out the other lady too, because the drunk people, who didn't spend a penny, got to stay and threaten and cuss at the ladies. Both the ladies play bingo and spend a lot of money in the bingo hall. Yet they were the ones penalized for trying to play bingo while a bunch of drunk young people were there to antagonize and see how far they could get by being rude and disrespectful to the ladies. I doubt that the ladies will be back. They have spent thousands on bingo. The drunk played nothing. But they were young and flirting with security so they kick out the lady who was just there to play bingo. I would be very surprised if lady with 6 machines didn't sue for manager snatching phone out of her hand and security being so stupid and took drunk people's word for everything because they were flirting. This was a very horrible incident to witness. There are too many other bingo halls close by that we will be patronizing instead of casino arizona bingo. This is not the first time security have been unprofessional and rude to other patrons. I've witnessed it 3 other times. They don't want to listen to what really happens. They only pay attention to those that flirt or those that are not white people. I myself am a proud black woman. The 2 ladies were white. The drink people were mixed. Your loss. 5 loyal gone
