When I was eventually assisted, the interaction felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, which was disappointing as this was my first time visiting the office. I was not seen until approximately 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time on top of getting there 15 mins early. The first staff member I encountered during my walk to the room my visit was very kind and welcoming, which I appreciated. The provider I was scheduled with was professional and direct; However, I was concerned by the way information regarding prenatal care was communicated. I had only found out that I was pregnant two days prior to this appointment, and my intention for the visit was to confirm the pregnancy and receive guidance on next steps, including when to begin prenatal vitamins. During the discussion, the provider strongly emphasized the risks of not having started prenatals already, including mentioning spina bifida and other serious complications. Given how early I am in the process and the purpose of my visit, this approach felt unnecessarily alarming rather than supportive and educational. Additionally, my experience with the phlebotomist was concerning. She did not provide any warning before inserting the needle and displayed poor bedside manner throughout the process. When I mentioned that I was feeling faint and asked if she was almost finished, I was told that it was a "mindset thing," which felt dismissive and inappropriate given the circumstances. Overall, I left the office feeling upset and in tears. This experience did not meet my expectations for compassionate patient care, especially during what can already be an emotional and vulnerable time. As a result, I do not plan to return to this location. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the experience for future patients. I want to clarify this is about Suite 220 in the same building it was Dr. Daniel Hu's office and I saw nurse practitioner Erin Baker I couldn't find any other place to leave a review for that office

If I could give zero stars I would. Was told by dr Boyce that my c section would be the following…read moreMonday over a virtual visit because I need a c section due to health risks. Turns out he never even put in the paperwork for it to get started, man clearly doesn't care about his patients or his job. Literally have everything planned, arrangements were made for my animals, time was taken off work for my husband. now my husband is at risk of losing his job if he takes any more time off even with "paternal paperwork" that they just kept saying they'd give us. Like I don't understand what is so hard about putting in paperwork when you're literally sitting your ass at home making thousands of dollars a month to talk to women over the phone. Beyond fucking stupid. Find a different obgyn because all mom docs I've gone to I've had a similar experience. Fire dr Boyce as well.

Impossible to reschedule after they cancel your appt because of bizarre scheduling methods. Couldn't complete an anatomy scan that anyone with training would have been able to. Came to my appt 15 mins early as requested to locked doors. Doors didn't unlock until 5 minutes past my appt time because the employees were supposedly on lunch. This office does not even have a portal to see your results or communicate with a doctor. I've waited 8 appts now to find out the results of a Pap smear. I could go on with other odds and ends...
