He gently guided her thru what he was doing while he removed a messed up toe nail that she had smacked into the bed leg. She didn't even know that he ad removed it. My sister-in-law was so grateful to Dr. Baer for getting her feet and toe nails back to a manageable size as she had let them get so long that they had to do them in stages. I had the most awesome experience at this office. I needed an injection in my foot and have heard from others that this can be very painful. Dr. Baer is so soft spoken and gentle. He froze the injection area and gave me the foot injection so gently that I never felt it. He talked to me the entire time explaining everything he was doing. He totally put me at ease. Dr. Baer is the best, I'm not big on Doctors because past experiences alway led to a lot of wasted time. Not here, Dr. Baer assest my situation and took emeediat action with treatment focused on my individual needs. He spent time explaining what he believed to be the problem and what he was going to do for treatment. Our first visit. We r here for an ingrown toe nail. The Dr (Patrick) we saw was running very late (30 minutes we sat in a room). Room was fairly clean. Easy access. ADA accessible. He was very kind and had a great personality. If we need a foot doc again, I would return. They also allow walk ins, just call ahead. read more

Stay away from this practice ! I found much better doctors. My new doctor can fix my bunion &hammer toes with only ONE surgery whereas Feet Fixer doc insisted it would have to be TWO. Also their office staff is incompetent as they billed A two-year-old address instead of my current address and wondered why I didn't send payment. And then without ever contacting me they turned a $20 bill over to collections and when I called the office to resolve the situation and to possibly pay the bill they said there was nothing they could do. neither the woman in billing nor the office manager could be bothered to try to rectify the situation so thanks a lot for hitting my credit report don't worry I'll be writing all three credit agencies to tell them what happened read more

The customer service I received today was awful, I understand Dr.Gifford had to take the take off due to personal reasons. Dr.Gillihan filled in for him today and the appointment was a complete was of time had I known we weren't going to be able to do anything other take xrays and talk about the obvious I would have waited for Dr.Gifford. They had my X-rays in a different patients profile wrong name and it just look completely disorganized. When I expressed how frustrated was the rude receptionist Auburn or Audrey gave me attitude and said well I called you and your voicemail was full. And when I asked for a doctors note bc I'm missing work she was giving her coworkers attitude telling them not to make the note and she made it herself and threw the paper on the counter and didn't even spell my name right, it's comical at this point. How would my voicemail be full if I fully heard her voicemail that she left several minutes before closing. I also left a voicemail since they were closed and not one person mentioned that I wasn't going to be moving on with my treatment before my appointment. I'm growing frustrated and don't trust this office with my treatment. I've already wasted so much time and money here, wish I would of went to a more professional office. read more
