It seems like the only customers they have are from GroupOn and LivingSocial coupons which makes total sense because they are just looking for one time only customers because I cannot see them having any repeat customers after the experience I had. Lily is completely unprofessional and argumentative. She kept insisting that the LivingSocial coupon was for only a swedish massage and the coupon does not specify, it just says one hour massage, it does not specify the kind of massage. Just like other Yelpers, she tried to upsell for an additional $10 for a deep tissue massage and kept insisting that I get it. Then I asked her to show me where it says in writing that it specifies for only a swedish and she couldn't answer so she called the manager and with her broken English started yelling at me. You don't treat customers like that! I will never return and I will make sure that everyone stays away from this place!!!!!

We were greeted nicely when arriving and allowed to pick out our essential oils which was nice. They had about 5 scents (tea tree, jasmine, rose, and I can't remember the others but we chose jasmine). The massage was great, it was so relaxing. My favorite part was the hot stone as it was needed. We both sit down all day for work so the massage helped our back pain. We were even offered 15 extra minutes for $17 each which we accepted. I would definitely come back here and I'd like to try another one of their services such as a deep tissue or Swedish to really help my back. My boyfriend enjoyed his massage so much that he even purchased another Groupon to go back next week. Highly recommend!

I sent a message on the website and heard back almost immediately. They had a spot open at opening time! Wahoo. I think it was the owner at the reception, and a woman provided my massage. I told them i did not want too much pressure but wanted more of a combination of light and deep pressure. After previously having had a deep tissue massage that hurt (at a different place), i wanted to make sure they knew before we started that i did not want that kind of massage. She really listened, and i had a wonderful massage that was just perfect for my needs. She asked a few times during the massage if the pressure was ok, and i appreciated being asked! She focused on the areas that I had said were bothering me - namely my neck and shoulders. But she also gave me a full body massage and some light stretching, which all felt great. I have had many many massages in my life, as it is something that I feel really helps keep my stress levels low and helps my tension in my shoulders since i have an office job at a computer all day. This was one of the best massages I have ever had, and I will be back! I don't know how much longer this will last, but they have a grand opening special going on, which was a nice perk with the reduced pricing. However, this is only three stars because the last time I went, I booked with my girl and I get there and they tell me she's busy. So they will clearly just book you and not honor your therapist request. I was given another therapist, but I didn't really care for him. I'm also convinced that they don't change the sheets between clients based on what I saw the last time I was there. It's too bad because front desk staff is really nice and the therapist I had been seeing is absolutely excellent. However, my last experience left a lot to be desired.

She was also texting and only used one hand to rub my legs. Upon leaving, the only thing she was interested in was counting my tip money immediately. The 3rd floor #300 suite has a lot of independent contractor offices, so don't expect a spa. The room that I had was nice, table was comfortable. My last massage the sheets were so hard that my boobs hurt after; but these sheets were nice and soft. I really lost track of time and came out relaxed. And remember that good messages may not always seem riveting at first but are designed to have positive therapeutic results (you may notice shorty after). Some advice, if you want to know what a message entails, ask first. Also physically point out areas you'd like avoided or attended to. But honestly, be open minded because a good masseur can feel out problem areas without you telling them and they might find ones you didnt know about! Also be sure to tip at least 20-30% cuz it is a service being done on your body for goodness sake. Some people genuinely dont know this is standard for health and beauty services and are embarrassed to ask, so they provide a sign (as a lot of places do)!

I came here for a couples massage with mini facials and a foot bath with reflexology (Groupon deal, also check deals on their website). It is true that the walls do not go all the way up and you can hear other noises, but I don't feel this took away from the experience at all. The staff were amazing and so attentive for the entire two hours. By the end we were so relaxed. I would definitely recommend and we will be returning! For others like me who will be having their first spa experience, let me just give a few more details...When we were taken back to our room, we were told to take off our clothes. We were both unsure if we should be completely naked or leave on the little bits. I would recommend leaving on underwear for anyone who is not comfortable. Everything else will need to come off for the oil massage, but you're covered by a blanket the entire time. They may adjust the blanket to reach your thighs or butt (yes, they massage your butt lol), which sounds like it would be uncomfortable but actually isn't after the initial shock. The hot stones feel amazing for anyone thinking of trying them! I totally recommend. As far as tipping, it's like any other service. Yes, you should tip. We tipped a little over 20% for the priced paid because we enjoyed it so much. Try it out you won't regret! A true bang for your buck compared to other places we checked out online.
