She uses all natural ingredients like turmeric, chick pea flour and essential oils on your face which leave you feeling relaxed and smooth as a baby. I swear when I sat up and looked in the mirror, it was like I was seeing myself for the first time in a long time. I was so refreshed and relaxed and the feeling lasted all day. Thanks to her teaching me how to consciously manage and strengthen my body and improve my posture, I managed to avoid all the usual pregnancy aches and back pain and was in such great shape I was up and active the day after giving birth and recovered faster than any of the other moms in my baby group. Since then she's helped me through a second pregnancy and a serious ankle injury. Unlike the other studios and trainers I'd been to before, Rita really focuses on you learning proper form so you don't get injured, and in fact she did an amazing job helping me recover when I was injured elsewhere. I love her no-nonsense attitude and great sense of humor, and I have learned a ton from her - she's truly an amazing trainer and I'd recommend her to anyone.

(It had been diagnosed as a frozen shoulder.) My alignment was clearly off and impacting my limbs. I did 8 sessions over a 4-6 week period. We worked with yoga straps and blocks and the ball and I learned exercises to help improve my posture. Not only do you receive physical training, Rita is positive and uplifting and I received mental health benefits from working with her as well.
