Please stay away from this company that supplies hardwood flooring to installers. They delivered…read moreMullican flooring to us and it was one issue after another. The sent only 1 delivery guy and he had to carry all the wood up a flight of stairs. He was exhausted and ended up knocking about 10 boxes off the truck onto the ground. Several broke open and wood was damaged. Installer had to fight with them to provide replacement. Then the drive pulled away from the driveway and hit out mailbox and post breaking the post in half. Fast forward a couple months and we now have found hundreds of cracks in the boards that were installed. The installer and a Derr representative came out to the house and documented everything but the Derr representative then told our installer as he was leaving that Mullican would reject the claim. Its been months now and Mullican did reject the claim and Derr is no longer responding to the installer. They will not help and showing how bad a company they are. There are a lot of options out there so please choose wisely. Its when issues occur that you find out how good or bad the company is. We learned the hard way.
