I have no idea how to rate this place after their recent failed inspection, but the food is pretty damn good. The samosa chaat is packed with flavor. I ordered medium spice, and it was on the spicier side--my pores tingled from the heat, and I loved it. For the main, I also got the medium-spiced Chicken Korma. Incredibly delicious, not as fiery as the chaat, but the flavors took my taste buds on an amazing trip through India. Generous portion too--way more chicken than most Indian spots. No Indian meal is complete without naan. Theirs was soft and pillowy (not dense like others) and perfect for soaking up the sauce. I took my mom tonight for her bday. The staff are excellent, ambiance is clean and the decor sets the mood for fine dining. Apps and entrees and sauces tasted freshly made, and the quality of the overall fine dining experience was perfect. Mom was surprisingly satisfied and I was too. The menu is pricey but it is fair. Such a beautiful place! I've never dined in but when I go pick up my food I always notice how beautiful the inside is decorated. Now about this food..... They gave us the house chips with a tomate sauce. That was delicious! We started then with vegetable samosas as an appetizer. They were delightful and a little spicy with a tamarind (I believe) sauce in the side. My wife ordered the Chicken Mango Curry mild and I had the Malai Kofta spicy. Also, we ordered Kashmiri Naan which is filled with nuts and raisins. For dessert we had the Gajar Halwa, a heavenly carrot pudding. So, I lost the pictures of this meal, but I'll start off by saying that the staff were very nice. That's very important to me. They started off strong and were friendly throughout, but then they began to slow down as time went on. I was surprised when we got there that the restaurant was empty. While dining, only one other party of four- came through. So that struck me as odd, but although the staff was nice, the food was really mediocre and the prices were outrageous for what they serve. We had the lamb masala, fish curry, vegetable korma & garlic naan. The servings were small, the dishes were qatery and lacked seasoning, Indian food is ALL about the spices. We were totally blown away by the food and service here! We came for my friends birthday and had one of best meals I've had in a very very long time. I had to look it up the day after because I was craving more. We were promptly greeted by our server who kindly made us lassi's that were not even on rhe menu. He really want above and beyond. We started off with the veggie samosas with mango chutney which come with 4 sauces that are all delicious and we dipped into all 4 sauces at once plus that mango chutney.. I could just scuff 5 of these down. They were full of flavor! We started off with the Garlic naan which was gone before we even ordered so we got a side of cheese naan which was really flavorful, cheesy and for me the best type of Naan. We got the lentil dahl which is one of my favorite dishes and even though they look small, it was very filling and more than enough food for 4 of us. I tried paneer for the first time in a tomato sauce and it was just like tofu. We came with a friend who is vegetarian and we as meat eaters enjoyed all the vegetarian food. Nothing was left to be desired. At the end they came out with shaved mango ice and a candle to sing happy birthday which was totally unexpected!! Our server deserves the world! he was a true gem! When three couples of friends get together conversation is important and the waiter could not wait to take our order. My mother had eaten at this restaurant before several years ago when she used to live in Miami before she relocated to her home of origin, Malaysia. After my son and I went with her to visit her old home elsewhere in Miami, since we were hungry, she drove us to this restaurant. We found out that the restaurant was named after the owner's now adult daughter, Ayesha. Godwin, our waiter, from Mumbai via Connecticut and who relocated to Florida recently was very friendly and helpful. I inquired about his name. He informed me that his parents had had daughters first and that his father prayed for a son. When he was born, his father chose to name his son, "Godwin", since God had answered his father's prayers for a son. He brought us papadums with a red pepper relish. Then, Godwin helped us to choose from the menu. We were initially going to have regular pea and potato samosas. He suggested we try Samosa Chaat which he described as smashed samosas covered in garbanzo beans and assorted sweet and savory sauces with various interesting flavors. Godwin mentioned that we should tell him which protein we wanted i.e., lamb, goat, chicken, beef or fish and he would help us to order dishes. We all had a craving for lamb....My mom ordered the Lamb Korma, my son ordered the Nigiri Lamb Korma and I ordered the Lamb Chops cooked in a Tandoor. We also had Butter Naan and Garlic Naan which we were used to and a new flavor, Rosemary Naan, which is now our favorite flavor of naan. In addition, we had Basmati Rice. The food was absolutely delicious, especially, the Samosa Chaat, and the Lamb Chops! The Mango Lassi we all ordered was very good too! Admittedly, the bill was higher than we had expected. The place looks clean, elegant and the service was impeccable. We started with complimentary Tomato chutney, Chicken Samosas and garlic shrimp. It was all beyond delicious. My husband who is not a fan of samosas enjoyed every bite and even had some of mine. He ordered the butter chicken with white rice and I ordered the coconut lamb with Kashmiri rice. Then we ordered a Kashmiri and a garlic Naan. We enjoyed the main dishes just as much as the appetizers. It's more then enough for some people to share or 2 kids etc and if it was take out what's the difference? My first thought upon arriving at Ayesha Fine Dining was and I quote: "Wow, this is farther than I thought!" I knew this was going to be south, but I didn't think that I would be passing by the Welcome to Palmetto Bay sign. Needless to say, this was a bit of a drive and I was hoping it would be worth it. Also to note, last year my friend Elian D. and I were planning on going there to celebrate my birthday and ended up going to another restaurant instead. That restaurant shall remain nameless given the horrid experience we had, but luckily for us, that story did not repeat itself at this fine Indian eatery. We had a grand ol' time if I am to be frank. Starting from the beginning, my friend had made the reservation for us to eat there for my belated birthday dinner a day prior. The staff is so on point that when we got there early, they recognized him and quickly led us to our Reserved table, you know with the little sign. Everyone there was very pleasant and desperately trying to please. It wasn't in an overly pushy way either. You can tell that they just genuinely want to make their customers happy. I really liked that as it made me feel valued. In terms of food, they have so many choices. I think this is probably the biggest menu I have seen at an Indian restaurant. It resembles a book, a hardcover one that has been loved repeatedly. They bring you a complimentary appetizer, some papadam with a tomatoesque sauce. Sauce had a kick to it and it tasted delish. Ordered some vegetable samosas to share. A plate of these brings two, but boy are they big. The vegetable samosas come with tamarind sauce. Have to say it definitely compliments the flavor. Truth is these samosas were heavily filled with potato, but I didn't mind. As for our main dishes, I had the chicken tikka masala and my friend had the chicken rogan josh. I ordered the chicken tikka masala medium spicy and I regret to inform you I felt nothing. I asked Elian to take a bite and the same can be said. He had his dish medium and it was spicier than mine. Still though, they skimp on the spice for my taste. I sent my dish back for more spice. If you like spicy food, by all means go spicy there, and even then, expect to just feel flavorful food. The spicy at this restaurant is not spicy at all. It is just a combination of flavors that go well together. We each had garlic naan and no complaints there. Had enough food left over for today's lunch, which I will happily finish. Ended the meal with some Chai and yuck. What a way to end a meal. So burnt and so subpar that I couldn't finish it. Fortunately, this didn't deter from the meal. That and there was a Starbucks nearby. Probably the one thing I don't recommend from this place. Loved my time there and would return if in the area. Have to admit though this won't be getting my favorite Indian restaurant award. read more

Went to dine tonight @ayeshagroupmiami falls location, while eating the meal, one of the guest in our group was chewing and felt something odd in his mouth, upon pulling if out he came to find that it was a staple, a metal staple - we asked for the manager - he came over in disbelief, and told us - "he can offer a discount, that's all he can do and that he is going to check the cameras" and then walked away, our group looked at each other in complete shock at what he was attempting to insuate - asked to speak to him again for him to clarify about him checking the cameras, and why is it just a discount instead of the whole dish or whole meal - he replied with, "we don't use staples in the kitchen, so it has to be from you!" - still in disbelief at this point we told him, we'll okay this will be documented on yelp, google, and other various food sites - then he proceeded to tell us, "okay you don't have to pay but write your name and phone number down, and if we see the staple came from you on the cameras you have to come back and pay" he said this verbatim- then the chef came out and said, "there was no way the staple came from us we don't have staples in the kitchen it has to be from you" - at this point out of disgust from these ridiculous & absurd accusations, and wanting to get out of there - we offered to pay for the meal - they told us no, and as we were walking out the main hostess- said "they came for a free meal" - Would never recommend this place to anyone ever again, horrible service and even worse employees - mind you we have been dining at this establishment for 10 years + read more
