From beginner to advanced., Ayelet brings an educated, committed energy to the work. She is focused, gentle and insistent that every part of the body i is working correctly. She can spot an irregular alignment in a second. The importance of this ability cannot be overemphasized. Attention to detail can prevent injury and promote strength. I want to add that Ayelet is a powerful teacher -- yet she is not overbearing, or difficult or unapproachable. I am a serious student and a believer in the method.
