This place is awesome! All the other customers were Hispanic, and the tv is playing in Spanish, so…read moreyou know it's good. The birria is super tender and imparts every ramen noodle with so much flavor. It's very oily but did not feel overwhelming. Everything else was good too. The horchata agua fresca was not watery or too sweet; I could taste the rice. The loaded fries are great, the burritos and tacos as well. The plain nachos we good too but not as good as everything else. Lots of food for the price. Lots of space and sauces on each table. They were out of hot water unfortunately. The service was great with the waiter coming to ask if we needed anything several times. The walls are filled with pretty decorations and Bible verses; I feel like I'm in Mexico or Spain. They have a drive thru which was quite a surprise; I feel like in person dining has to be the way to go.

When we arrived, the place felt small and intimate, which gave it a cozy vibe. I ordered the chile verde burrito, and my partner had a torta. The burrito, in my opinion, needed a bit more salt it came across a little bland. The torta was okay as well, but nothing really stood out. Overall, the food was decent, just not particularly memorable, especially considering it was slightly pricier than expected. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was incredibly kind and friendly. She even offered to bring our food to the table, which didn't seem to be their usual process. It appeared that guests typically order at the counter and pick up their food themselves, but she went out of her way to take our order tableside and deliver it to us. That level of attentiveness was definitely appreciated. Parking is pretty limited since the location sits on the corner of a main street, so you're probably better off finding street parking nearby.

Haven't been here in a while. It is still just as good as I remember! I got the giant taco with…read moregrilled beef steak, guacamole, cheese, cilantro, onions and their spicy red salsa. Amazing. They make their own corn tortillas which is rare, and they are so thick! I think the tortilla was the best part! Everything was so fresh. They melted white cheese on the inside of the tortilla, so good. Service was super quick (I mean seriously quick, probably less than 2 minutes) and both the folks behind the counter were super nice. They have several tables in the shade and some benches nearby. I'll be back soon.

My friends and I were coming back from Coachella and the made it a point to stop here. They sell tortillas and they're so good. They have more bite than a regular taco and are a bit thicker. I got a taco and the quesadilla and the quesadilla was more than enough for one person. Both were delicious. The ladies running the business were so nice and fast. Parked on the side of the small shack and it was a walk-up and order type place with outdoor seating. It's a perfect place to eat lunch on the go. Definitely stopping here anytime I'm heading to or from Palm Springs or Coachella.
