She helped me tremendously with a Vestibular and neck injury from a terrible fall at my job in August 2022. I suddenly had to pause my P.T. due to another health issue in December 2023 which I needed surgery for on February 27, 2024. I received a get-well card from the staff and Doniel, telling me to "call for an appointment when I am ready to come back for therapy." I visited my Surgeon on Tuesday 04/04/2024 and she gave me her approval to go back to P.T. for the sustained injuries that I am still dealing with. I called Capstone today to schedule my pre-approved, unused remaining visits. I spoke to Reagan, the LNI scheduler who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and very nonchalant about what I had just experienced with my surgery. Reagan demonstrated by her phone etiquette that she was too busy and did not care about getting me back on schedule for the pre-approved remaining visits. She was so insensitive, in fact she stated, "We already discharged you as one of our patients. You need to get a new referral from your doctor and LNI!" I had talked with my Vocational Counselor who works closely with patients and LNI, before I called Capstone, and she confirmed all I needed to do was call to set up 5 remaining visits. I asked Reagan who she reports to, and she said, "Riley" was her manager. I received a call about 45 minutes after speaking to Reagan from a "Riley Beard", who was very disinterested and aloof about my not being able to schedule my remaining appointments, she was the Client Relations Manager. I have never been treated with such lack of sensitivity or low regard for others' needs or troubles. Very dispassionate for being a "Client Relations Manager." She literally said, "Oh well!" when I told her I was going to report this to the owners of Capstone, write a review about this, and look for a new Physical Therapy Clinic! The initial consultation included an extensive discussion about my symptoms and explanation of factors that would contribute to them. Other chiros I have been to in the past had an "assembly line" feel where they did minimal interaction and discussion with their patients and then did 1-2 quick adjustments and then sent you on your way. So, I was impressed with the care and time he devoted to educating me on how to improve my condition and prevent further aggravation. Note: Because of the time it takes, I do not recommend scheduling this extensive first time consultation if you are in a hurry or already have a severe headache. The adjustment portion of my visit is why I selected 5 stars. He did not just do a 1-2 adjustments, but did over 8 adjustments -- to my neck, my back, my hips and even my legs. I'd never had such a thorough adjusting before and never walked out of a chiro with so much relief. During my first visit at a DIFFERENT chiro (that I went to prior to Dr Sather), the chiro cheerfully said "It looks like I am going to be seeing a LOT of you here!" after just a few minutes into our first appointment. I never went back. Who wants to go to a chiro who is content with having you pay for tons of visits with seemingly no concern for the financial and time impact on their patients? So, I was surprised when Dr Sather ended our visit by giving me a printout with diagrams of stretches that I could do at home, as well as a recommendation for a brace that I could wear during my recovery to help reduce future strain and to lessen the amount of future trips I would need to make to a chiro.
