My first and most recent experiences have been out of this stellar location, right in the heart of the Circle City. I mean, what's not to love? Great location, beautiful and modern space, reliable wi-fi, incredibly friendly staff, never ending coffee, awesome local business... I could go on and on. This is definitely my style of coworking, they truly do an amazing job. I love the natural light thanks to the giant windows that wrap around the entire space. It's on the third floor so you get a little bit of a view, which is always nice. Overall, the vibe is just on point. The only cons I can think of revolve around the parking situation. The street parking can be very limited given the location. The prices can get up there depending on what you're looking for but honestly, there's a little something for everyone. If you're looking for co-working space, you'd be a fool to not check this place out.

You got me Industrious…read more You would think it was the fancy features of great interior decor, local coffee by Tinker, morning and afternoon snacks from local businesses by Bakersfield and The Garden Table that would make this spot such a knock out, but I have to say, it's staff for me. They have offered such a warm welcome from the start and feel like an extension of my own coworkers. Lets be clear, the floor to ceiling windows overlooking Mass Ave and wine in the afternoon doesn't hurt either. A few more reasons to consider Industrious as your next coworking space or a meet up location for a team retreat: -private phone booths -plentiful natural light -high quality snacks and drinks shared throughout the day -programming and educational opportunities -location in the heart of Mass Ave (over-ish Garden Table to give you an idea) -printing resources -small touches like mouthwash in the bathrooms and guest coffee roasters from other Industrious markets throughout the country -your membership will provide you with access to all other Industrious locations which is exceptionally handy for folks like me who travel fairly frequently with work/need spaces like this from time to time

Some apartments have gorgeous downtown views and the North end apartments have a full wall of windows. Love the washer/dryer located in the respectable size bedroom closets. Shades of gray are dominate throughout with wood vinyl flooring in the main living area, soft, plush carpet in the bedrooms with dark kitchen cabinetry and tile back-splashes and decorative lighting. Amenities include a gorgeous outdoor courtyard with a pool, grills, a hefty pergola all in a center courtyard protected from the street noise and I would think, some of the wind. The clubhouse is a nice spot to entertain with a kitchen, pool table, fireplace and comfortable seating all located next to the courtyard. The workout facility has several cardio machines, requires a key card to enter and a business center onsite. They also offer a 379 space parking structure with 40,000 sq. ft. of retail shopping and restaurants on the main level of Penrose On Mass. Located at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and N. New Jersey Street and next door to the Old National Centre. Close to eateries, museums, Canal Walk, Cultral Trail, Circle Center Mall, and City Market with all the conveniences downtown offers. Find yourself lost in this adorable townhome complex just off the Monon Trail, within walking distance, and minutes from the main strip. If you're thinking of relocating to the village, Broad Ripple Apartments keeps you having fun every step of the way! My two roommates and I just moved here in May 2012, and I have not regretted it in the slightest. When we were looking for apartments last year, I was looking at places I had found online, but I wasn't able to find something that matched all three of our needs. One day, we were all shopping around, and the boys drove down to the apartments next door, which they hated. As they went down the road to turn around, they noticed another leasing office. Unaware that it was another apartment complex altogether, they went inside and accidentally found our new home. Pros: Adorable 1960s townhomes, hardwood floors, cozy bedrooms, black and white tiles in bath and kitchen, full basement, large wooden patios, pet friendly, beautiful view of the neighboring buildings and mature trees, super convenient location Cons: Washer and dryer not included, only one full bathroom, limited amount of units with patios, very small kitchen, next to high school In the short time we've been living here, I've used the Monon Trail for biking, running, and walking through Broad Ripple Village - very convenient for getting to restaurants and shops. The noise levels are very low, except the occasional bar-hopper and we can hear the high school football game or marching band; nothing that I would consider a disturbance though. I love marching bands! My neighbors are exceptionally lovely as well. The night we moved in, I think we met most of the people in the immediate area of our apartment. The people across the way were having a small party and offered us a "Welcome to the neighborhood" shot. It felt really comfortable, like we had been old friends that moved back from living out of town or something. Even now, I say hi to my neighbors which is something no one did at our last apartment. It's a true community here. Even now, I'm dreading the day when I'll have to move out of this amazing little hamlet, which in my opinion is one of the loveliest communities in Indy!

The amount of space on the deck, make up for the galley kitchen. Staff are very responsive and easy to work with. The location is perfect for walking to anything in Broad Ripple. It is conveniently on the Monon and next to broad ripple HS - where the farmer's market is during summer months. Parking has not been an issue. I appreciate having dedicated parking. I have a dog and there are many dogs in the complex, but I have not had any issues with any other dogs. The price is good too - not overpriced. I would highly recommend living here.

I am on a first-name basis with the property manager. Any time I have had a maintenance issue, the team has been great and very responsive. The maintenance team is very kind, professional, and pleasant to be around. The complex has a great gym on the 5th floor that I frequently use to get some exercise. I enjoy it because the majority of the time no one is in there and I can be alone to train. If you like exercising or going on walks, the location is great because there is the Monon Trail less than a block away. There are other safe quiet neighborhoods close by which are great for spring and summer walks. This apartment is in a really solid location if you want to go out and grab a bite to eat or enjoy some nightlife. There are a lot of great local restaurants. The Broad Ripple strip is a half-mile walk, which makes it nice if you want to go out and enjoy nightlife with friends, but far enough away to not be bothered by the nightlife noise. In the spring and summertime, the upper patio opens up with furniture. It's a great place to hang out, grab a tan, and listen to music while reading a book. On the 4th of July, the skydeck is an awesome place to sit and view fireworks. I've done it every year that I've lived at Park 66. Overall, great place, team, and location.
