Nour devoted a lot of time before we got started in order to work out of the details because there were many moving parts. This project has 466 sf of decking with a 24' x 12' covered main living area. From the first day of demo I knew we had the right guy. Nour and his crew were on time and dug right in by removing our old deck and busted up the old patio. Whenever we ran into any issues Nour would come up with solutions, and this made the whole process easier. Once the substantial concrete footings and patio were poured the structure was completed in just days. This is when I knew for a fact, I had hired the right person! I have been around construction my entire life and I know the money is in the details. However, if the structure is not built soundly then you just forget about the details, so with that said I can tell you that this foundation and structure are build right! Of course, the details on this project are simply outstanding. The dark stained rough cut 2" x 8" red cedar decking & railing, the pine T&G cover, the Shou Sugi Ban ridge/rafters/kings/struts are set against the off-white siding/beans/posts really works well together. I have to say that Nour's work ethic and his desire to make your project special to you shows in the final product.
