FAIR WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT from this company. They have one of the most heavy hard handed leases I've ever seen!! Even an attorney told me this. People who live in their houses and apartments are constantly moving in then out when they actually find out how heavy handed those leases are. And the WSG has to be shared with other tenants in their apartment buildings. So even if you try and save water, and your neighbors don't, you end up paying more for your water bill every month also. Do not rent from these people! They are a night mare. I walked into a dirty, disgusting apartment, and they have the nerve to charge me for cleaning and repairs when I left. They charged me $2200 for new carpet which was completely unneeded. Also, there were drug dealers living upstairs throwing needles into the parking lot. Had crazies next door fighting all of the time. Avoid this place like a plague. read more

By the time I was evicted (because I unfairly lost my job) I had killed 27 mice. The only reason I got this apartment was it said on apartments.com there were no dogs. That was a lie and it seemed like there were about 2 dogs per resident. I have a dog phobia.There were even no dog signs still hanging on all the walkway walls. There were also constantly screaming kids running at full speed whose noise echoed badly in the courtyard. As if that wasn't bad enough, I applied for a job with axiom when I was facing eviction, but they denied me, probably illegally, despite me doing great at the interview, being highly qualified, and my interviewer telling me "many people in the office disagreed with the decision". They obviously had a personal grudge against me. Despite refusing to employ me and knowing that I am now homeless, they repeatedly continue hound me for rent that I obviously have no means of paying. Also there is a clause in the lease saying they will raise rent every year. These people could not be more crooked. read more

NEVER rent from Axiom. They are an abusive, predatory leasing company that has a policy of stealing as much money from their renters as they can. The apartment I rented had a strong cat urine smell on the carpet from the previous tenant. I called for 3 MONTHS asking for the carpet to be replaced and got nothing but empty promises and false assurances. FINALLY they fixed it...on the week I was diagnosed with a serious illness that required me to move out of state to get lifesaving treatment. When I called them to break my lease due to my medical emergency, they had zero sympathy for the hell I was going through and instead took my whole security deposit and invented false charges and damages so they could charge me $1,300 on top of that. Axiom sucks.... the decided to have all the tenants in building share the power bill they said to make it fair for everyone. Ya right.gave nobody any notice until 3 months later we have a 400 dollar past due bill.this is illegal breach of our contracts.im out of dump and these rip off artists. The rental process was taking to long and the person in charge of process never committed to update me on my application or notified me when the apartment I was waiting on was rented. When I tried to ask this person about the rental process, no response or responded late to me. After I reached out to VP and management of rental company they did nothing to help and they said the person dealing with the application had nothing to do with my application or even notify me about the process. This company is so unprofessional!! I could do a better job.. On top of that they steal from you with the $40.00 application charges They need to take some people skills lessons read more

I do not see any reviews on here yet. So i will be the first to say..this company is a very great company. Whoever is in charge should keep doing what they are doing. They made our first home a easy process, especially when moving from another state. They give such a friendly and stress free process. Plus their prices are so reasonable. They have many different places of living to choose from. Also, once you do become apart of their system, they treat you exactly the same and if there are any complaints they're right on top of them. I rarely write reviews but this has been extremely frustrating for me in dealing with them. I have had accounts with them for almost a decade and have always paid my bills. About 3 months ago I received a bill for $50 on a storage unit that I had closed down that account 3 years ago. They never sent me a bill or anything until now. I know I paid it in full back then. I called billing and they informed me that it was sent out in error and to disregard it. I then start getting calls daily from a collection agency. I called billing back and spoke to them multiple times and each time they told me someone would be getting back with me. That has not happened and now I have a negative report on my credit score because of a debt I never owed. I requested proof that I owed this debt and they said they would get it to me but still have not. They have poor customer service and extremely poor business practices. I will say that there are some kind people that work there but they do not have the authority to be able to do anything. read more

As a property owner be warned, DO NOT do business with Axiom Property Management in their Tucson AZ office. They took over managing my 3 bedroom condo near the Univ of AZ in the 6th month of a 1 year lease. My tenants were seniors paying $2250 per month and did not plan to renew the lease. My condo has now been vacant since the end of July, Axiom advertised it for too high a price $2600 (I never asked for this rental amount - only that I needed $2250) they did not put a "For Rent" sign in the window or list it on the UofA online system, where parents and students look for rentals for the next school year. When I grew concerned about missing the rental window for the 2016/2017 school year they were unresponsive and negligent in efforts to find a new tenant. I had to keep calling to ask what was going on... They told me to keep lowering the price - I went down to $1800 and still no tenant was found. At the end of July when my tenants moved out, Axiom did however manage to keep all my reserve money and charged me more for repairs, kept my tenants entire security deposit and more for repairs, and when I complained and asked how I could terminate the agreement, they told me that this was okay with them as the manager did not want to continue to work with me now that there was no income from the property, it was to her benefit " to get my underperforming property of her books". Repair work by their vendors was substandard, painting had to be done over, and now I have water damage in the unit to deal with from faulty repairs by their vendors. A call to Axiom corporate management has gone unanswered. DO NOT let these people manage your property. read more

THIS IS THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. It seems that Axiom's most common type of clients are college students who are new and naive to the rules of renting. Unfortunately my roommates and I fell into this category and Axiom took as much advantage of the situation as they could. My lease was up in August of 2014 and it is now January 2015 and we have yet to receive our deposit back. Their justification for this is that we did not give our 30 day notice in writing. As new renters we were not aware this had to be done in writing and when we gave our notice they failed to tell us that it had to be in writing or else it was invalid. All exit papers were completed and when the walk through was done we were told everything was good to go. About a week later I saw an extra $130 or so charged to our axiom account and when I called and questioned them about it they said we gave our 30 day notice about a week late so they were prorating our rent through the first weeks or two of August. To my understanding though, we should not have to pay any additional rent because our lease was up August 1st of 2014. After this they refused to call me back or answer any of my questions for months and now that we are bringing up the dispute again they are making up stories about trying to contact my roommates and I and they are saying that there were damages done to the apartment (even though the girl who did the walk through with my roommate said that everything looked good). Now they are trying to justify keeping our entire deposit of $550! Be aware of renting from this agency. They will take you to the cleaners without any remorse! I give this agency a below zero star rating (but you have to click at least one star to write the review). read more
