Probably cleaner than a lake or river but growing up they would drain it daily and the water was beautiful. My husband slipped on the steps with my baby in his arms. If he wasn't a fit dude this would have ended badly. Please to the owners. Get control of the algae. If this pool was filtered and clean this review would be 5 stars. There was a small service charge but was well worth it. My wife and I decided to follow-up and stop by the main store where we were greeted by Ray at the front desk. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We also purchased some Jacuzzi replacement pillows inserts. The next day our hot tub was delivered by Daniel and his team. They did an amazing job putting everything back together and took the time to gave us an tutorial on the chemicals we need to use. When we were trying to install out new cedar tub, it was a bit of a mess. We worked with a contractor, plumber, electrician, and landscape company. And no one could get it right .... except Jared. He was able to identify several problems and knew how to get the job done correctly. Since then, he's been maintaining our hot tub and does a great job. He's friendly, personable, and responsive (even tho he's very busy). I highly recommend Jared and Hot Lava Spas!
