To be honest with you during my decade of renting I never really saw an honest landlord in my adult life. I heard about them, read about them, but never personally met with any. I mean like the one who returns deposits anyhow and does not look for a fault where there is none. So, in all respects they are very typical and not just for this immediate area, but, perhaps, across all the world. As far as the renting goes one may be able to rent from them fair and square and they would not bother you if you pay your rent on time. I would not care too much about cleaning the place when you are moving out. Unless you are a very neat person and are just doing it for yourself to keep the peace of mind. Even if you are leaving the property much cleaner than when you initially moved in they will still charge you for some extra cleaning under false pretenses. Like see around the window seals and you forgot to clean and sanitize the area around the window frame. Who ever does that? My personal favorite was when they moved the fridge, then took pictures behind it. If the fridge is working fine, who in their right mind moves the fridge? Other than that they seemed fine, unless the expectations are unrealistic, I'd say it is safe to rent from them. read more

Do not rent anything from this people,they do not have personal to maintenance their property's I use to rent a house for about 6 years,I have to make my own repair ,on instance they send a electrician to fix my washing machine electrical connection,they only think they did was connect the ground electrical lines with water lines and burn my new washing ,which I have to fix,this they use intimidation treat Tennant to get move out of their property,after 6 years paid my rent on time,I have to move out due to high rent increase this people illegally take your possession after we move out and keep it for themself,I have as contractor a repair bill for $26.000.00 in repair alone,this people are a fraud,and in the top of that we're ever stuff you leave behind,this people take it and sale it to open market to make a profit,they are the worst,took my possession of around $20.000 including a oxigen machine which never as been never return..and top of that they charge you a outrageous amout of cleaning fee read more
