Established in 1930.

A.Y. Satterfield began Satterfield Realty and Development and worked closely with three of his sons to create a development company centered on home town values and integrity. Satterfield Realty and Development incorporated in 1962 and is the longest standing real estate development company in Pocatello Idaho.

Meet the Business Owner: Ryan S.

Ryan Satterfield is the current Broker and President of Satterfield Realty and Development, Inc. After graduating from Idaho State University with a degree in Business Finance, Ryan came on as his father Ken Satterfield decided to retire from the business. Ryan served as the Development Manager, overseeing the companies' many subdivision projects. With a desire to see more efficient and unique designs, Ryan began drafting floor plans to be built in our subdivisions. His experience and ability to visualize a final product and put it on paper for clients makes him a valuable resource for anyone considering the building of a new home. He is now able to offer 3D home renderings for his clients, allowing them to truly see the finished project even before any dirt is moved.
