They provided a detailed bid, with parts needed and hours for the installation, all at a reasonable price. They showed up at exactly the time stated and worked hard for the two days of installation. Due to needing to reroute the inside water heater fuse box, they had to come back for two additional short periods. They did not charge us for the extra hours beyond the quoted price. Fair price, good work, excellent company to work with. And really nice guys, too. Other companies that gave us bids were extremely high with no details. One didn't even come to the house, just gave a number on the phone.

After sharing what a horrible experience I had with Barlows, I had high hopes when the owner agreed…read morethat Barlows had seriously dropped the ball. He was honest in telling me that he could not get to me for sure on Fri, and if he didn't he would for sure on Monday. I didn't even get a phone call telling me they couldn't come. Then I call Tues. and had to leave a message on their machine, which saya they will call back that day, and still have not heard from them by the next Fri. This attitude seems to be common among most of the contractors of any type in Pocatello, if it is not a new build. They all just seem to want new builds or big paying jobs, little things needs fixed, good luck!

Best of all they seem honest, which is hard to find these days. Another great thing about them is they actually were on time. I can't even count how many no shows/reschedules I've had with other services in the town I live in. I definitely recommend them if you actually want your stuff done and done well for an affordable price! I'll be using this company from now on.

So you can imagine when we needed a plumber again, he was the one we called. We had unexpectedly created a problem that he was able resolve within an hour. Treg goes above and beyond our expectations every time, and that's why he is our plumber.

They cut corners every chance they get including charging out the ass insurance companies when they don't do work up to city code, and work without the proper permits. Everything they did to my house has to be ripped out and done over again. The city told us they didn't pull permits to do the house. They are hacks. The guys were rude and disrespectful when asked to get their truck off the trusses in the back yard. Don't ever give your money to these guys.

Thank you Danielle and Alex for answering my questions and keeping me in the loop on timelines. The crew was also very professional moving what had to be moved so it wouldn't be damaged then put it back. Thank you one and all. They were prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. What I appreciated most was that they kept me advised every step of the way. In our first project they repaired a sagging porch with water damage. As more damage was discovered, each time they thoroughly explained what they had found, laid out all of our options, let me know what they personally would do, and then respected my choice, even if it wasn't what they recommended. I now have a truly beautiful, well constructed porch thanks to them.

At first Chris was very polite and gave me an estimate for…read morethe work I needed done. I paid in full up front. He sent three apprentices over to do the work. They failed to wire a light and ceiling fan properly. their mistake was not corrected and the Sheetrock and dry wall guys did their job and the mistake was buried under the finished ceiling. When I told Chris about it he said there was really no way to fix the problem other than installing a remote control light switch at the other end of the room. it took him about a month to get around to putting the remote control box in. He then charged me an additional $85 for the box and even more for the installation. I explained that there shouldn't be a charge since they were at fault. He then broke out his phone and said that I had requested the for that light and ceiling fan to not be at all operational. I got tired of trying to argue my point and paid him the extra charge for a botched job. i would not recommend Epic electric to anyone. Shoddy work with no attempt to make things right. I would take this review down if he refunds my money. Until then I would advise people not to hire them for residential work. Not happy

They are very professional. At first I was afraid like you know I called more than 20 listed HVAC…read morecompanies in November and who would you think returned my calls? I do have a Lennox system installed and I was pleasantly surprised it is still under the warranty at least for the parts and this guys would take care of the issue. Also the only other company who agreed to have a look were those fellows in pink trucks and oh boy....they charged me like $90 to diagnose what system already self-diagnosed and the only assistance offered was cleaning flame sensor and advising me to keep sucking out the water case it overfills again. However the tech guy left me with same error I expected him to fix. I was very impressed that Carter had all the tools and knowledge to test the system and parts most likely to cause the issue and that the part was promptly ordered. I would prefer them to service our system simply because they know what they are doing and are professional when it comes to the long lost art of communication.
