I've lowered my overall review from a month ago. Don't get me wrong, I'm still very satisfied with…read morethe service guys that came into my home to inspect and install a new furnace. But overall I've become disappointed with their service. Customer service is null and void. I'm not even sure they have a customer service. I've been from sales associate, who was very honest seeming to the furnace installation guy. But now they have sent in an inspector to check the overall installation and safety. Not exactly OSHA but, not even sure who the guy works for? So he came in to look at and inspect the furnace in November. He did a thorough job, seemed to take his time, took a few photos checked for gas leaks, flame and air lines and leaks. He said when the flame kicks on it does so with a forceful whoosh.. I told him that yes...it is very noticeable and that it sounds like someone opening up the front door. At first it was scary and disturbing. At first, Right Now Heating and Air was very interested in our satisfaction with the unit. They called me (once) to see if everything was working good and up to par. I mentioned at that time about the forceful sound it makes when flaming up. They asked if I'd like someone to come check it out. I told them not at this time but possibly later. Now this inspector notices the issue and brings it up. The inspector also noticed that we don't have any carbon monoxide monitors. He promised that he would have Right Now Heating and Air bring us a couple of CO2 monitors when they come to fix the issue. It's now the end of December and I have not heard anything from them yet. I've texted 3 times asking them when they would be coming. They say "soon".

It all started when our 30 year-old furnace bit the dust. We are the original owners of our house,…read moreand the furnace lasted this whole time -- 10 years over expectations!! Well, we decided to put a new Carrier furnace in since it had the same footprint. We went with Barlow's Aire Force One because we like to use our local businesses and they had been recommended to us. They did a great job!! Even though there was a bad part in the new furnace from the factory, they came out the next day and replaced it. Then when it still wouldn't work, they came out the following day as well.... That was 3 days in a row. They found a wiring problem that had been there from day 1 when the house was built!! The old style furnace had shown a problem, but we worked around it without knowing what the problem was. I was totally impressed that they were able to find the electrical problem since it was in such a hidden place. The new furnace had blown a fuse because of our old problem. With the fuse replacement and the fixed wiring, the furnace has worked now for 2 1/2 months without any problems. As part of the furnace installation, we had them put a coil in the furnace with the expectation to put air conditioning in our house. We had wired the house when it was built for air conditioning but had never completed it. This week, we had them come and complete the air conditioner installation with the compressor and connection to the new furnace. The air conditioner tested out great! During the whole process of both the furnace and the air conditioner installations, the whole team, from the owner, Wayne, to the installation crew, headed by Mark, and the secretaries were very knowledgeable and answered our questions, giving us the advice and direction we needed. They even gave us a "heads up" about price increases and we were able to "lock-in" the lower price. Thanks Aire Force One..... We felt "presidential" during the whole process.
