The fellow came out to our property on time. He made a few cuts and next thing I knew, the log was off our steps and he was blowing the sawdust of the path. Mr. Dornay showed up the day after I called and was a really lovely and knowledgeable person. I know that is not how you usually describe your tree man but he was very calming (I love my trees). My tree had been severely damaged (I thought) and he was able to assess it and assure me that it would survive. A friend recommended Axia to me and I'm so glad she did. I called and Zoltan was at my house about an hour later. He is super friendly and super easy to work with. I had a number of trees that needed care. He listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions and explained what they would do. Jonas and Zoltan are the guys to work with. Honest, straightforward bids and proven skills. What would you rather do? Tie a rope to your 4x4 and that alder threatening your cabin and hope for the best while your friend goes to town on the tree with a chain saw? Or trust these guys to check their ropes and gear and go to work all day making sure the trees are taken down properly. We could not be happier with the work that Zoltan and his team performed for us. We had a large project that involved many facets: removal of large firs that were uncomfortably close to our house, removal of some of the stumps and root balls, stump grinding, evaluating health and safety of desired trees, chipping and wood removal. Zoltan has superb communication skills and is invariably a pleasant person to work with. Moreover, he has a great network of local people he works with and knows how to pull them in to work as an extended team as the situation requires. Big complicated jobs often involve plans evolving and not everything going perfectly smoothly.
