What kind of service can you expect from Firefly? I dropped the computer off on the 9th for a failed fan. It is now the 25th and I've been told various stories, each of them a little different but none of them resulting in a solution. No loaner. No repaired computer. Today I was told that the part is back ordered now but that seems like something that we would have known on the 9th or 10th, not finding it out on 25th. We were told a Lenovo technician would need to do the repair and it was scheduled for today but we were told it didn't happen and no repair date provided. So if you are looking for support for your office, you might check around first.
