The staff at Axeon Technologies (specifically, their technician Josh) did a fantastic job for me with transferring my data from an old computer to a new one, even managing to transfer an old QuickBooks program. When there were some glitches with the old program, Josh even stopped by my office when he was out on another call and fixed that as well (for no extra charge). Then with another phone call on another day, he fixed another issue for me. I received great service from Axeon Technologies, all done with a great attitude and with no extra costs for little follow-up visits and calls. Thank you Axeon and thanks Josh! read more

Axeon technologies charged me 325 dls to replace an iPhone screen and a week later the screen was coming apart. Greg tells me they honor their warranty and it's a defective screen.Greg tells me Jason the ceo will mail me a refund check the following week. It's been over 3 months and no refund yet. I have called and emailed both Jason and Greg and no luck. This business obviously does not warranty their product or their Labor. Axeon technologies rips you off. DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE WITH THEM!!! (Jason and Greg are both liars!!!!) read more

I went in for a phone battery replacement. I was told it would take a few days and they would call when done. 10 days later, after no call, I called them and was told it was done and ready to pick up. I drove 45 miles, paid for the replacement and then discovered that the phone had not been touched. They apologized and told me their guy would be in the next day and complete the job. I came back in two weeks and was told they lost the passcode and could not open the phone. Never got a call from them. At that point I gave up and took the non working phone back. These people have no idea what customer service is about. Extremely disappointing and time consuming. and $80 for nothing. These guys have no clue about how to treat a customer. read more

I had Axeon install a new battery and hard drive in my MacBook Pro, and also clean up my old iMac about a year ago. iMac is still going strong. I'm beginning to have the same slowing down and battery issues on my MacBook; I'm sure it's related to age but kind of wish I hadn't invested the money into the battery and hard drive. The prices were reasonable and they were very nice to deal with. A couple of months ago I smashed the screen on my iPhone, so took it to Axeon. The price was reasonable and work was done quickly. However, be aware that since they can't use original Apple parts it may not work as well. I can't see the screen at all outside with my polarized prescription sunglasses, unless I turn it sideways, which isn't always possible. Also, around the edges aren't as sensitive to touch and I often have to press a key multiple times before it functions correctly. They are a great local alternative to shipping things off to Apple, if you don't mind using off-brand parts. read more

What kind of service can you expect from Firefly? I dropped the computer off on the 9th for a failed fan. It is now the 25th and I've been told various stories, each of them a little different but none of them resulting in a solution. No loaner. No repaired computer. Today I was told that the part is back ordered now but that seems like something that we would have known on the 9th or 10th, not finding it out on 25th. We were told a Lenovo technician would need to do the repair and it was scheduled for today but we were told it didn't happen and no repair date provided. So if you are looking for support for your office, you might check around first.

Grass was pretty much dead and patches of moss in places and years of bunched up leaves just pushed to the edges of the yard. There was a complete ecosystem living in those years of leaves and took a lot of time to clean up and then work the algae or moss out and get rid of all the mushrooms. They went through my sprinkler system, did a thorough cleaning, pruned trees, and many other stuff that they just went above and beyond on. Helped out during the fall with sprinkler blow out and snow clean up too. Did such a great job that I've asked them to come back once spring comes around so we can concentrate on the initial spring cleaning/touch up and then just maintaining after that.
