John helped me out from check in to when I left and made sure I had everything I needed and made sure my clients knew where to find the room I was in. I hosted a Celebration of Life luncheon following my husband's funeral. This was the same week as…read morethe annual air show Sept 2023. It was easy to arrange a list of civilians to come through security and the guards were very helpful day of the lunch. The Friday before the event the Special Events Manager to check the room and to make sure that everything was set up correctly. The day of the lunch, the only issue that I had was the table with the programs and name tags was to be outside in the hall and was inside the room, creating a little crowding. The tables were beautifully set, and the room was memorable. The buffet table and drink station were separated so that there was no overcrowding. The food was wonderful! Rolls and butter, garden salad, garlic mashed potatoes, garden vegetable medley, grilled chicken with lemon butter and capers, sliced roasted beef in red wine mushroom reduction, and assorted mini bite desserts. Superb! The event coordinator was in the room as people arrived and until everyone had their food. She continued to check on beverages and food, and to see if I needed anything else.
