I called the number on the website and finally got it changed. Then my wife talked to the same customer service representative. They had to transfer her to another person. This one asked her a bunch of questions that I hadn't been asked. Finally accomplished after 45 minutes. This is one of the worst customer service experiences ever!

I have been to many other tax services and this place almost doubled any refund that I have gotten. They also charge as much as the other places but they give you so much more. H&R Block, more like H&R Not worth my time. They are all certified by the IRS and they are very friendly. If you like getting money back, which who doesn't, you should come here they are fast and will get you out the door in no time and you'll be happy to see how much money they can get for you.
