If I can give no stars I would I'm just gone set this here, I can't stand Single Point Capital. I will never deal with a small factoring company again. They talk a good game into all the things they really don't offer. They randomly set their own cut offs times. Holiday week, expect no one to answer. Fuel advances cut off time is the same as paperwork. Meaning you have to deliver your load and try to pick one up before cut off time or you stuff for the day. That includes drive to both locations and get unloaded and loaded by the end of morning, if you relay on a fuel advance. Enjoy being late to every load while waiting on them to issue you the fuel advance if you do make cut off time. They don't offer no type of help or fuel cards. If you're using direct deposit, never expect your funds the same day because they take all day to process payments. Express codes, you might receive it by 5pm. Barely can get anyone to answer the phones. You ask for a buy out or letter of release, it will not happen. I changed my business name and they made me sign a whole different contract just to hold me hostage. I HATE IT HERE. Currently getting an attorney, to look over the contract that I know I can get out of, so I can fight them in court. It's horrible, please do your research before signing anything. I got two different contracts with two different business names and two different original contract dates. No balances. I try my hardest not to even factored loads during this time. This is probably one of the companies with the worst business model ever. Not just they you will have 0% help, they gonna make it even harder on every funding that you do with them. Each funding they have some complaints, asking for additional paperwork, proofs and even after all of it was sent months later , they want to charge invoices back ?!?!? Since all that made me confused I asked them to send me the list of invoices they charged back and their response I attached as a picture (do it yourself). This Is a great factoring Co. 2 deal wit. I ben wit these guys ever 10 yrs now, and they do a outstanding job when It comes down to doing business with. They rates seems to be higher than the others which I will have to see about getting mine lower. Because that 1% -2% makes a difference when ur doing volume's of work. Single Point Capital has been very awful!!! My husband and I have a veteran owned hot shot business in Texas. Single point has owed us money from multiple loads that we did in October 2018 (Now February 2019). When we call they always say " we don't know what's going on, it falls on wells fargo which we can't get ahold of" as a factoring company you should be able to stay on top of money owed. Now since it has been 3 months they hang up in our faces and tell us they no longer want us as customers because we keep calling asking where our money is. This is ridiculous!!! They're now told us to stop calling them and they will send a letter with instructions on how to get the money.... after 3 months of asking for it. Would NOT recommend them at all. read more

Did business with these people for 4 years and progressively over the four years things went downhill. 6 months after we left Singlepoint and went to Triumph Business Capital one of our old customers sent a check to Single Point by accident as they didn't realize we had left Singlepoint and went to Triumph. Single Point took out 2% of that check for $5350 just to take the check and forward that check to our new factoring company via mail for invoices that were never factored through their company nor had anything to do with them. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE, They will hide stipulations in contracts. THEY DON'T HAVE YOUR BEST INTERESTS AT HEART!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR BOTTOM LINE AND WHAT THEY MAKE. THEY DON'T CARE IF THEY TAKE ALL YOUR PROFIT OR NOT. The sad thing is how we ended up paying two factoring fees for a load so we ended up losing all of our profits on that load. read more
