He told me all about their rewards program and what I need to do to get started and proceed with using it. NOON Friday…read more Prices are going up. The Carroll clean car wash used to be $10. Now , The basic car wash is 12. I hope that the vacuum cleaners will be operating better. Sometimes I come here and the vacuum hose is disconnected and laying on the ground or the hose does not have a strong suction. This Friday around 12 noon till about three it is packed. It is best to come early in the morning when they first open. Especially on the weekends Friday through Sunday.

While I was waiting to order, I noticed one employee, Delajah, standing behind the counter watching another employee do all the work, even though the store was busy with customers waiting. She wasn't greeting customers, asking who was next, or helping move the line along. It also looked like the other employee was making all of the orders by themselves while Delajah just stood there. On top of that, I didn't see her cleaning or helping keep the work area organized during the rush. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, but from a customer's perspective, it looked unfair to the employee who was doing all the work. I hope management looks into this and makes sure everyone is contributing equally, because it definitely affected the experience.
