I rented a set of speakers for a reunion party. No one at the store could tell me how to operate…read morethem when I picked them up. I had to find directions on the web. I tested the one unit at home before the event and it worked. I knew enough of how to connect cables from one unit to the other as directed with a sticker on the back of the speakers. At the party I could only get one of the two speakers to work - I could not get the second speaker to connect to the first one. I had a reunion party to get moving and could not spend all night hoping to get the second unit working or deal with hoping someone in the company would call me. Zoe Rentals should have provided directions and tested the units with me when I was at the store asking for help to ensure the units worked versus no help at all. When I did speak to someone, she had no clue what the problem was and said someone at the store could have helped - WRONG! No one was there to help. Very disappointed. Stick to chairs and tables.

I rented a 10x10 EZ-popup canopy and a side wall from A&A rentals for a vendor event. I called them…read moreto make sure they had the canopy in stock and the super polite and helpful woman on the phone told me they did and they would put me down for it. When I went to pick it up, the gentlemen working insisted they take it outside and show me how to put it up and take it down to make sure I wouldn't have any problems. They realized while putting it up that one of the pieces was detached so they immediately grabbed me a new canopy and put that one up too. They even walked it to my car and put it in after I told them it wasn't necessary. Talk about customer service!!! When I brought back the canopy I had hit traffic, so I called the shop letting them know my GPS had me arriving five minutes after they were supposed to close. The woman on the phone told me they'd stay open for me for those five minutes--SO nice of them (most shops would say no can do and slap you with a late fee). After I had made it, one of the gentlemen who helped me at pick-up was right there to take it out of my car. Checking in the tent was a quick and easy breeze. If you want stellar customer service and great rental products, definitely stop by this family-owned business. I'll be using them again!

The chair I rented was beautiful and it was delivered on the dot of allotted agreed time. Event though I could have done so, the guy that helped me ended up carrying the stuff to my car. They even told me that I did not have to clean the fountain when I brought it back. They would take care of it. They have just about everything. If you need a U-Haul...they got you. You need propane...they got you. You need a ladder, bobcat, of lawn equipment.....they got you. How about a fountain, a cotton candy machine, raffle machine, chairs or tables. Yep, they got that too. The place's customer service sets it apart from other rental joints. It has a small parking lot and a small customer lobby. They had 3 people working the counter when I was there, so there was not a long wait, if any, to check out. My plumber met me there and one of the employees produced the contract. $150 for the deposit and $62 for a four hour rental, they also offered $6.18 for insurance. I declined. Backed my car up to the service area and a young fellow loaded it into my car. Even offered a cover to lay it on. Got to my house and snaked the pipe out. But during the job we noticed that the auto switch was broken so I had to use my keys to leverage the switch on. And then halfway through reeling the snake back into the coil the drive belt started slipping. So the plumber had to manually pull the snake back out. So when I returned it we informed the sales associate. He then offered a %15 discount, but my plumber wanted more. So I settled with and the rental ended up being $9 dollars less at $55. Overall wasn't too bad an experience. Good customer service! And they have a wide variety of rental needs on site.

Worst customer service!!!!…read more I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was unprofessional, and the whole process felt unnecessarily difficult. They seemed unhappy when I declined some of the services and explained that they couldn't accommodate my setup. They also said delivery would be left at the pickup street rather than directly in front of the building, which was frustrating. Their pricing and pickup arrangements were confusing, and the invoice was just a basic spreadsheet!! The way everything was handled made me uncomfortable, so I decided to choose another company. I regularly organize parties, and based on this experience, I wouldn't consider using them again!!!
