I had a huge outdoor logo that needed to be done and I was lucky enough to find these awesome people on Google. I had a lot of questions and concerns but Stan guided me with his professional knowledge that helped me decide what is the best possible solution for my budget and needs. If you probably talked to other companies, I bet they will just stray you to the most expensive solution that they can offer. When I said "I had a lot of questions/concerns" I meant it. Ive had countless communication with Stan for almost a month, but each and every time, he replies back with patience and with the best possible answers that I needed to hear. I also had to drop their installation service last minute but when I went to their shop to pick up my logo, Stan and Edgar took the time to explain to me how to properly do it - and this happened when they were about to close shop. They could have just handed me my order and go home but they still took the time to make sure that I was instructed enough to install it myself. Besides their awesome customer service, the final logo that they created are very much the same quality that the "big boy companies" have. I shopped around and looked at samples from other companies and I can guarantee this. Because of all this, I just placed another order from them. If you need any logos (big or small), do yourself a favor and make sure to contact them first.

He asked…read moreme to email him a picture of my windows as well as my logo so he could get started on something for me. When we spoke, he told me he was in the middle of moving and wouldn't be able to come see me until Monday which I was completely fine with. However, after the email I was sent to him I received no response or follow up. I reached out to him just to see if he received the email and to confirm our meeting for Monday. I received no response to my text message until Monday morning , saying he was busy moving and didn't get a chance to respond and asked me if I still wanted him to come. I was still very understanding and patient since I am a business owner myself, who is setting up shop. So I understand that there is a timeline for everybody and as long as there is good communication and we can set something up in a timely manner, I would be fine with it. This was not the case. I responded almost immediately to Frank to let him know that I understand, and would still like to have him come if he could, or set something up for the following day if that was better for him. He completely ghosted me! It is now Tuesday and I still haven't heard back from him. This is extremely unprofessional as I am a business owner who needs to get things done for my shop as well. I depended on Franks word which has now put me 5 days behind schedule. I would not recommend.
