This is an almost chicago dog which comes with relish tomatoes and jalapenos. The bun was incredible as it was buttered and toasted and a good size hot dog bun! I really enjoyed my hot dog. The price for a dog was 5 dollars. It didnt come with any extras like the tater tots or a drink. Those cost extra if you want them. IF i ever see PS 561 again I would definitely buy another dog from their food truck. 5 Stars from me...because I love hot dogs and i love PS 561!

The menu kicks ass. You can get a dog with different types of creative toppings. Each one of the menu items have a crazy name for them and it suits each one well. I wanted to try all of them, but I stopped myself from doing so. The Exchange Student was ahhhh-mmazing! It was topped with garlic mayo, pineapple, and potato chips. The bun was perfectly toasted with butter and I enjoyed each bite more than the last. My husband got the Principal Ron and it was topped with bacon, BBQ sauce, and goat cheese. I took a bite of his and it was good, but I wanted mine more ;) Kudos to the guy that was doing the orders that night since he was the only one on the truck doing all the work. Even though it was the longest line out of all of the other food trucks that were there, he quickly handled each order smoothly and didn't stressed about the crowd waiting for those delicious dogs. The schedule is online, so you can check out when and where you can get one or four of these delicious hot dogs. The $5 price is fairly reasonable for each one of them. I definitely will try a different one the next time I visit the truck.

Our server took our order and brought it to us at one of the outdoor tables. It came in styrofoam and plastic ware. I need to start remembering to bring my own real utensils . I think this is one of the best food trucks in the area. Having recently stayed in Austin, Texas with a vibrant food truck scene, I'm happy to see more and more of these popping up!

The steak sandwich was only $12.00 and looked promising on their short menu. Within ten minutes, the order was delivered to my table inside the brewery. The sandwich was heavy in weight and the caramelized onions really brought a great taste with each bite. The homecut fries were a great side dipped in ketchup. The steak slices were juicy although needed to be thinner. The sandwich definately was the perfect compliment to my cold Belgian beer.
