My husband got the elephant's ear, which he said was light and flaky. We each got bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, mine on a fabulous, sweet, and large croissant. Oh, so good! The egg was thin and folded, just enough crispy bacon, and a slice of white American cheese. I was a big fan of this sandwich! My husband had his on Cuban bread, and the sandwich was grilled. He loved it! They also do great coffee drinks! I give them an A+ for offering all their coffee drinks in decaf. I had a cafe con leche, which was rich and smooth.
